INSTRUCTIONSSave this file as 20141110-provider-images-[yourinitials]-1.pptx in the shared drive agreed

Save (or Ctrl+S) every few minutes so you do not lose your work

PROVIDER IMAGE - 500 x 250px are your target dimensions Copy the first slide and paste to get a clone

Copy your image (probably from a screen-capture) into the slide

Place roughly in the right place

Right click on your imagesend to back

Resize, move the image until you are happy (so the selection inside the blue box will look good)

Edit the text in text boxkeep it short

Then do a image capture selecting just inside the blue border (I suggest using OneNote Alt-S if you have it set up)

Paste into irfanview, save as providername1.jpeg in the agreed directory

Resize image to 500px wide (hopefully you are decreasing size, not increasing.if your capture is less than 500px then

just use that without resize

Reduce color depth to 256 colors

Save again (ideally your image is less than 40Kb)

Image is now ready for upload

You are now ready to prepare a new image working in this ppt copy the first slide to get a clone etc

FOR ADDITONAL IMAGES 3-5 per provider if you can find some good ones:

You can use the same procedure as above, just forget the text part

Once you have about 10-20 images the ppt will be getting bigSAVE this fileone last time, then SAVE AS

20141110-provider-images-[yourinitials]-2.pptx, delete all but the first slide and start a new working ppt
