PROVISION OF ONLINE COMPETITION AMONG THE YOUTH "CARD AND POEM OF GREETINGS OF GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR

VETERANS"

1. General Provisions

1.1. Online Competition of "Postcard for veterans" for the best design and poem of greeting cards for

Great Patriotic War veterans held in the framework of the state social order of the Ministry of Culture

and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan "complex organization of events dedicated to the 70th

anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War".

1.2. The main purpose of the contest - the formation of patriotic values among the Kazakh youth,

manifestation of attention and care to veterans by the younger generation.

1.3. Organizers of the contest - the Public Fund "Fund Assembly of people of Kazakhstan" in

conjunction with the "Zharas" RYO.

1.4. This Regulation defines the order and conditions of the competition.

2. Requirements to participants of competition

2.1. Bidders may be citizens of Kazakhstan aged 14 to 29 years.

2.2. One of the participant is granted only one application.

2.3. By submitting an application to the organizers of the contest, the participant acknowledges that all

copyrights to the design submitted by him postcards, belong exclusively to him, and the use of the

photos during the contest does not violate the property and / or non-property rights of third parties.

3. Terms of the competition

3.1. The contest is held in stages:

From June 20 to July 12, 2015 - acceptance of applications, registration of the participants.

From 12 to July 17, 2015 - Carrying out on-line voting.

From 17 to July 20, 2015 - Results of the competition.

4. Terms of the competition

4.1. To participate in the competition must submit an application in accordance with the attached form.

4.2. The application included a sketch and poem greeting cards electronically. Technical parameters to

send if the sketch: the extension .jpeg, the size of the long side of 420 mm and a 300dpi or on the long

The submitted sketch cards should represent the front of the card. Sketch can be made in any graphics

editor.

4.3. All sketches accepted to participate in the tender, published on the website of the Assembly of

Peoples of Kazakhstanwww.assembly.kz and the official accounts of the "Zharas" RYO in social

networks.

4.4. If necessary, the organizer of the competition has the right to request additional information from the

participants.

4.5. The fee for participation in the competition is not charged, the work will not be reviewed, the work

remain with the organizers, with the right to non-commercial use.

4.6. The organizer has the right not to allow to participate in the competition the application does not

meet the requirements, without providing further explanations.

5. Summary

5.1. Online voting for the best sketch cards will be held from 12 to 17 July 2015 (inclusive) on the

website of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan www.assembly.kz.

5.2. The winner of the contest will be determined by the contestant, whose sketch cards the most votes

("likes").

5.3. The best card will be replicated and sent to all veterans. Winner of the competition will be awarded

a diploma and a commemorative gift.

THE CONCEPT OF THE NATIONAL CULTURAL - EDUCATIONAL PROJECT "MYN BALA"

National cultural and educational project "Myn Bala" is a project that will allow thousands of preschool

and school children of different ethnic groups to plunge into the Kazakh language and cultural

environment, to study the state language, to learn Kazakh history and culture, traditions and rituals.

Program Project "Myn Bala" will be built based on the experience of international practice "cultural

immersion" in such a way that all participants almost completely immersed in the cultural and linguistic

environment: watching movies and cartoons in the official language, defending creative projects, give

theatrical performances, participate in contests and competitions.

Duration of the project:

The project starts on February 6 and is held throughout 2015 until December 1.

Objective of the project:

To teach thousands of children of various ethnic groups of the state language by the method of

accelerated learning languages "Tildaryn" with an innovative methodical complex "Sikyrly Kalam" and

other advanced linguistic techniques.

The "Myn Bala" will be held in all regions of Kazakhstan from February 6 to December 1, 2015.

1.1. National project "Tarihtan tagylym - yotkenge tagzym" ("Memory of the Future"), dedicated to the

70th anniversary of the Great Victory, (hereinafter - the Project) conducted in the framework of the

National Plan for the organization and holding of the Year of the Assembly of peopleof Kazakhstan and

the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan , the Action Plan on

implementation of the Concept of development of the APK (up to 2020).

1.2. The founder of the project is the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan. Organizers of the project -

Republican state institution "Kogamdyk kelіsіm" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Partner organization - the State Enterprise "Military-technical school of MSE of the Republic of

Kazakhstan"

1.3. This Regulation determines the course of the project.

1.4. Start of the project was given to February 6, 2015 during the grand opening of the Year of the ANC.

2. Purpose and Objectives

2.1. The project is carried out in order to preserve the continuity of generations and the perpetuation of

the memory of Kazakhstani people, to serve the motherland.

2.2. Project objectives:

- Further development of cooperation with veterans' organizations of Kazakhstan, youth organizations

and the National Center and the Coordinating Council for carrying out joint activities on patriotic

education of youth;

- Inculcating the younger generation norms of morality and ethics, inter-ethnic harmony and tolerance,

patriotism.

3. Project Participants

3.1. The Project is open to representatives of youth organizations, children's homes, members of

domestic clubs, youth.

3.2. By direction of the project, a working group.

4. Project management

4.1 The organizer is responsible for general project management.

4.2. Organizers of the project at the regional level are the Secretariats of the Assembly of people of

National project "Ult Ruhy" ("The Spirit of the Nation") dedicated to the test of the First President -

Leader of the Nation

Founders of the project:

- The Assembly of people of Kazakhstan.

- The Ministry of Culture and Sports, Olympic champions and athletes of Kazakhstan.

Project coordinators:

- “Kogamdyk kelіsіm” RSI under the President of RK.

- The Committee for Sports and Physical Culture, Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of

Duration of the project:

Project summary:

Tests of the First President of Kazakhstan - Leader of the Nation are a set of regulatory requirements for

physical fitness of children, youth and adults.

Tests include forms of exercise, reflecting the strength, endurance, speed and agility, and consist of

levels depending on the age of individuals.

Exercise tests include the following sports:

-run at various distances;

-long jump;

-scroll up on the bar;

-upping the tors from different angles;

-shooting;

-beg skiing at various distances;

-throwing the ball;

-swimming at various distances.


The tests are divided into 2 levels:

1). Presidential level

2). The level of national preparedness

Standards tests of the First President of Kazakhstan - Leader of the Nation are listed in the "Rules of the

First Test of the First President of Kazakhstan - Leader of the Nation", approved by Order of the acting

Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 21, 2014.

PROVISION OF CREATIVE CONTEST IN ETHNOJOURNALISM "SHANYRAK"


1.1. Creative contest in ethnojournalism "Shanyrak" (hereinafter - Competition) held in order to

implement the National Plan of p. 43 for the organization and holding of the Year of the Assembly of

people of Kazakhstan and the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 21, 2014. №1223.

1.2. The founder of the competition is the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan. The organizer of the

competition - Republican State Institution "Kogamdyk kelіsіm" under the President of the Republic of

Kazakhstan.

1.3. This Regulation determines the procedure for the competition and project selection criteria.

1.4. This contest is publicly launched at the opening of the Year of the Assembly of people of

Kazakhstan on February 6, 2015.

2. The purpose and objectives of the contest

2.1. The aim of the competition is to strengthen inter-ethnic peace and harmony in society by

encouraging journalists who publish materials on ethnic theme.


2.2. The objectives of the competition are:

1) strengthening inter-ethnic harmony in society and the unity of the people of Kazakhstan;

2) coverage of the achievements of the state policy in the sphere of interethnic relations and intercultural

dialogue;

3) promotion of culture and traditions of the Kazakh people and ethnic groups living in Kazakhstan;

4) extension of the scope of the state language;

5) promoting the development of Kazakhstani journalism;

6) enhancing the role and responsibility of the media in Kazakhstan coverage of inter-ethnic harmony.

3. Contestants

3.1. The competition is open to journalists of Kazakh media, representatives of ethnic and cultural

associations, non-governmental organizations, scientists and artists, experts and individual authors.

the best articles, TV and radio, highlighting the role of the state symbols of the strengthening of the

Kazakhstan patriotism;

the best articles, TV and radio programs aimed at enhancing the role of the state language;

the best articles, TV and radio programs aimed at strengthening inter-ethnic harmony in Kazakhstan

society;

the best articles, TV and radio programs aimed at developing the culture and traditions of Kazakh ethnic

groups;

the best articles, TV and radio programs to promote the activities of ethno-cultural associations.

5.3. The competition is held in two stages:

- Bidders may submit bids for participation in the work of the regional competition with the February 6,

2015 on September 15, 2015.

- Competition works, passed the first stage (regional) are transferred to the second phase (Republican)

THE CONCEPT OF REPUBLICAN YOUTH PROJECT «KAMKOR»

The 2015 Year for Kazakhstan will truly be the Year of Peace and Accord, it is no accident that in this

period marked a momentous event for the country - the 20th anniversary of the Assembly of People of

Kazakhstan, the 20th anniversary of the Constitution, the 550th anniversary of the Kazakh Khanate and


the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War . It dates and anniversaries that remind

everyone of the importance of Kazakhs living and priceless peace and unity, the high importance of

common aspirations to build a "Mangilik El" and the great responsibility of every citizen of Kazakhstan in

these accomplishments.

It is essential that the involvement in these events felt the younger generation of independent

Kazakhstan to the future and a real "builders", "Eternal countries" recognize and appreciate the

contribution of the older generation to the creation of a prosperous and peaceful nation.

It is necessary to actively involve youth to participate in the celebration of anniversaries, especially in

activities and dialogue with veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

Currently, according to the NGO "Organization of Veterans of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the

country live 5115 veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

With this manifestation of veterans in need of care and attention in maintaining their feats in the history

and memory of the young generation.

The purpose of the Republican youth initiative - the formation of patriotic values among the Kazakh

BIRTH OF SH.VALIKHANOV

National cultural and educational project "My Shokan" dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the birth of
