Proxibity Payment : how it works- Phase II Contracts

• Generate proximity key

• App pushes a notification, user accepts.

• A crypto contract is generated with the users funds. This can be time based, or event based. These contracts are similar to an escrow.

• For example if it is a hotel booking, the contract can be redeemed by the merchant upon users exit.

• In an event based application, the contract can be based on the user exiting the event venue. A contract ensures that both parties are protected. In case the user, wants to cancel the contract can be cancelled by the user, but it will come as a dispute to the proxibity team. And has to be approved case by case.
