    well maintained green space w/ seating/ (trees, plantings, flowers), lots of people hanging outspace for booths/stages for events, seating, planters/trees/landscaping, art, maybe a cafdesignated pathway for bikes coming from Telegraph to reach Broadway. Bikes will cut through the plazmini theater for upcoming youthreason to draw people outplay area for the kids and a lot of trees and flowers (a lot of outdoor life and solar power everything if popavement mural that includes art nouveau elements to honor/fit with the architecture. A cool play struc?place for the high school kids to hang out.
