GENERAL DESCRIPTION BM6819 is a high Performance current mode PWM+PFM switcher. The BM6819 converter is a wide input range, DC/DC converter which is capable of operation high input voltage up to 200V. It built in HV NPN power transistor and PFM+PWM operation mode results in stable operation over a wide range of supply and output voltage. The BM6819 could work at CCM and DCM mode. The BM6819 converter is special design for portable batteries electronic equipment.
