engagement of the following posts, in view of emergent situation due to COVID-19 Pandemic. The

GENERAL TERMS AND CONPITIONS
1. The engagement against the above posts will be made under Outsourcing Policy for a period of six
months initially except the post shown at Sr. No. l. The engagement for the post of Research
Scientist (Medical) will be made on contract bnsis for a period of three months as per approval
conveyed by the Additional Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, MER, Chandigarh vide Memo
No. ~MER/2633 dated 28.03.2020 for running VRO Lab in view of Covid-19 Epidemic.
2. The engaged persons will be given a fixed remuneration as mentioned above against each post.
3. The eligibility of the candidates shall be decided strictly as per prescribed qualiflcadou.
4. The posts shall be filled up as per the criteria enclosed hereunder at Annexure--A (for the post at
Sr. No. t), Annexure.B (for the posts at Sr. No. 2, 3 & 4) and Annexure-C (for the posts at
Sr. No. 5, 6 & 7).
5. Date of interview/written test/schedule shall be displayed on the website www.uhsr.ac.in.
No separate letter will be sent by post. hence the applicants are advised to visit the anivenity
~te regularly.

Certificate of Research Publications alongwith copy of proof of indexing status of the Journal. Certificate of presentation of Research Article at a Conference. Attempt Certificate during various Degree Programme. Copy of Sports certificate issued by the Director, Sports of the State stating Grade and period of participation. MCI or State Medical Registration Certificate for MBBS and subsequent qualifications as applicable. Copy of Blood Donation/NCC/NSS Certificate. Certificate of proof of Reservation Category, if applicable. Any other document/certificate, if required.
7. The applicants who are already in Govt./Semi GovtJCorporation or Autonomous Body Service
should send application through their respective Head of Institute or 'No Objection Certificate' at
the time of interview failing which the applicant will not be allowed/considered for interviewz NOC
may not be older than three months. Further, the candidature of applicants who have resigned from
their posts will be considered if their resignation has been accepted from their employer.
8. The candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 1 :5 where the vacancy is only one and in
the ratio of 1 :3 where the post is more than one.
9. Applicant must also bring all the original documents listed on serial number 5 of the general terms
& conditions and one set of self-attested photocopies of the said documents. All these should be
submitted at the time of document verification/interview.

10. Details of the Research work/Publications, wherever applicable, (in annotated fonn) indicating
... index/non- index status supported by relevant documents must also be furnished at the time of
interview (For Group-A & Group-B posts). Any other relevant outstanding National/Inter-national
achievements in the profession supported by the documents, if any, must also be supplied.
11. Age relaxation upto OS years for SC candidates (who are domicile of Haryana State) will be given
as per Haryana Govt. policy/ instructions issued from time to time.
12. Number of posts is liable to increase or decrease, including complete withdrawal without usigning
any reason.
13. Mere submission of the application fonn does not mean that the applicant is eligible for the post
applied for. The eligibility shall be decided before the interview as per the qualifications, experience
and other tenns and conditions given in the advertisement.
14. The decision of the appointing authority in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of
application, eligibility/ suitability of the applicants, mode and criteria for selection etc. shall be final
and binding on th~ applicants.
IS. All disputes pertaining to the recruitment of various posts shall fall within the jurisdiction ofRohtak
only.
16. lbc prescribed qualification, experience and age limit for all the posts etc. shall be reckoned as on
the closing date of submission of applications.
17. The degrees of undergraduate/ postgraduate etc. not recognised by the UGC/ AICTFJMCI as
applicable shall render the applicant ineligible for the said post.
18. Submission of incomplete application and/OR received after the closing date shall be rejected
summarily. This university will not be held responsible for any postal delays & loss of application.
