SUMMARY INFORMATION

PT Damasari Coal Concession – Bayah, Banten

1. Legal Aspects:

• The company has the IUP Explorasi for 2.751 ha.

• The company has the IUP Operasi Produksi for 1.723 ha.• The company has the IUP Operasi Produksi for 1.723 ha.

• The company has cleared the Amdal documents for all the

2.751 ha.

• The company has the "Clean and Clear" document.

• The company has Izin Prinsip Kawasan Hutan (Principal

Permit for the mining in the forestry area).

2. Land Conditions and Ownership:

• Land acquisition for APL area has already been cleared.

• For Forestry land there are still 322 ha that still need to be

compensated to get the usage permit (Izin Pakai).

• For the Rubber Plantation area, the company has made an

agreement with the plantation owner to pay rent for every agreement with the plantation owner to pay rent for every

100 ha that is mined in the plantation area.

• Land for a possible jetty site has already been bought.

• All PT Darmasari’s concession areas have already been

cleared from villagers; there is no more community in the

concession area.

• 30km of hauling roads for coal hauling have already been

built in the APL and Forestry areas.

3. Mineral Deposits:

• The Company has drilled 164 holes of shallow and deep drilling - up to 200 meters deep.

• The Company has done Lidar topography over the whole concession area.

• The energy calorie of the coal is generally around GCV6500(adb) up.

• Coal Reserves can be calculated by a serious buyer using our Lidarand Outcrop and Drilling Data.and Outcrop and Drilling Data.

4. Social Aspects:

• All negotiations with the Local Community are being handled by the current owner. To date there has not been a single problem.

• Hauling roads are built through the Concession roads and Forestry roads directly to State Road. Haul roads do not cross any village roads - this minimizes any possible problem with the community.

INITIAL GEOLOGICAL SURVEY

Geological mapping of the IUP Explorasi area between February

2009 and June 2011 located 140 outcrops and illegal mining

shafts into coal seams. All locations have GPS co-ordinates.
