FOCUSED BRANDS JANUARY – DECEMBER 2012

• The Company enhanced Pixy Lady’s Cosmetics brand through development of eye and lip products, new

concept for foundation products and skin care, as well as

total renewal of the product series.

• In June and July, the Company launched PIXY Colors of Delight Line & Shadow, PIXY Colors of Delight Bold To

Last Gel Eyeliner, and PIXY Colors of Delight Silky Fit Lipstick. Then in October, based on the new idea of New

Design and New Formula, the Company launched PIXY

Radiant Finish Lightening Cream and PIXY UV Whitening Two Way Cake Perfect Matte.

• In the same month, based on the new idea, the Company

performed a total renewal for PIXY Day Moisturizing

Cream, PIXY UV Whitening Loose Powder, PIXY UV Whitening Stick Foundation, PIXY UV Whitening Creamy

Cake, and PIXY UV Whitening Two Way Cake Perfect Fit.

• In women’s make-up category, up to the year 2012, Pixy owns 21.9% of market share. Especially for its two-way

cake product, Pixy is the market leader with 47.4% market

share.

• In 2012, the Company entered into middle up consumer segment through the launch of Gatsby Moving Rubber,

number 1 hair styling product in Japan and also Gatsby Set &

Keep Spray. Besides that, product development was also done by actively entering into new categories and product

renewal.

• For perfume category, in February, Gatsby Eau de Toilette, a

well-known in the market, launched 2 new variants. Then in November the Company launched Gatsby Urban Cologne with

new concept targeting youngsters.

• In April, as an implementation of the Company’s active effort in entering into new categories, shampoo product was

launched namely Gatsby Perfect Cleansing Hair Shampoo.

Then in June, renewal of Gatsby Deodorant Series was launched with new concept of Cool Shock.

• As a market leader in hairstyling and men’s fragrance

categories with market share of 67.3% and 12.9% respectively

in 2012, Gatsby is committed to be a men’s brand which provides a full range of men’s personal care products.

NEW PRODUCT PUCELLE JANUARY – DECEMBER 2012

• With the increasing trend in perfume

market for young adult women, Pucelle

which has been targeting female

teenagers, starting in 2012 launched

Glazelle de Pucelle to penetrate into a new

market for the Company.

• In March, Glazelle de Pucelle Mist Cologne

was launched. Next, the Company will

continue to develop Glazelle de Pucelle as

an effort to expand the target market.

• Then in December, Pucelle launched 2 new

variants from Pucelle Happy Refreshing

Splash Cologne.

• In the past few years, kids toiletries products have been expanding

rapidly. To catch the moment, the Company cooperated with “Angry

Birds” company. In November, several products were launched namely

Angry Birds Deo Mist Cologne, Angry Birds Vitamin Hair Shampoo, and

Angry Birds Deo Shower Gel.
