– 1 x Commuter Travel Plans
– 1 x Personalised Travel Plans
• Each project 4 years: Sept ‘08 – ‘12

Traditional Travel Plans:
• Travel information was generic and was not tailored to individuals needs or travel behaviour.
• Travel plans had become rather process and paper-based.
• Organisations found it difficult to know how to implement the plan or to know where to start.
