¡ Developed 180-acre, $100 million commercial development next to the Kansas City airport.

¡ Represented the city of San Diego in connection with the $1 billion urban redevelopment project and construction of Petco Park for the San Diego Padres.

¡ Assisted with financing and development of a 400-acre, mixed-use parcel centered on an 18,500-seat Major League Soccer stadium.

¡ Advised investor on purchase of the Tucson Padres and negotiated development agreement and leases with the city of El Paso, Texas, for a $60 million downtown Minor League Baseball stadium.

¡ Arranged and negotiated the primary P3 agreements for the design, development, funding and use of the $477 million publicly owned stadium for the Sacramento Kings.

¡ Served as special counsel to the Wisconsin Center District for development of the new Milwaukee Bucks arena.

¡ Created and structured governmental incentives to develop Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals. Served as special development counsel for adjacent Ballpark Village project in downtown St. Louis.

¡ Advised on development and financing of the approximately $43 million Loop Trolley Transportation Development District in St. Louis.

¡ Assisted with financing and governance of a $101 million, 2.2-mile downtown starter line for the Kansas City streetcar project.

¡ Arranged P3 financing for the multiuse parking facility on behalf of the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts in Kansas City.

¡ Structured P3 financing to build new infrastructure for a Midwest university.

¡ Advised the Regional Transportation District on its $52 million redevelopment of Denver’s Union Station as a mixed-use, public-private facility.

¡ Represented city redevelopment authority in financing and construction for a 1,081-room convention headquarters hotel in St. Louis.

¡ Arranged P3 financing for a 276-unit Passive House-certified residential development in Kansas City.

¡ Represented member of the Vista Ridge Consortium in connection with the $3.4 billion, 30-year pipeline project to bring water to San Antonio.

¡ Advised engineering firm on design of Texas Water Treatment Plant 4, a $508 million project in Austin funded with bonds.

¡ Represented land developers for the West Bull Creek Regional Water System in Austin, an $18 million project funded through a public-private contract.
