Deschiderea publica a Ofertelor
Finalizarea lucrarilor de reabilitare a drumului M3 Chi~inau-Giurgiule~ti, de la km
96+800 pana la km 151 +200, in cadrul Contractului RSP/Wl0/01
S-a examinat:
Ca urmare a lansarii procedurii publice de achizitie Nr. RSP/2017/0T/WlO/Ol ~i publicarii Invitatiei pentru depunerea Ofertelor la data de 13 noiembrie 2017, douazeci ~i patru (24) de companii (Anexa nr. 5) ~i-au exprimat interesul de participare, completand farmularul de inregistrare.
Termenul limita de depunere a Ofertelor a fast stabilit pentru data de 22 decembrie 2017, ora 10: 15, data la care s-a preconizat ~i desra~urarea procedurii de deschidere publica a Ofertelor.
Astfel, pana la data limita stabilita, nici o Oferta nu a fast depusa.
Procedura de achizitie urma sa se va desra~oare in confarmitate cu Regulile ~i Politicile de
Achizitie ale Bancii Europene pentru Reconstructie ~i Dezvoltare (BERD), editia revizuita in octombrie 2014.

Following the launch of the Public Tender No. RSP/2017/OT/W10/01 and publication of Invitation for
Tenders on November 13, 2017, twenty four (24) companies (Annex no. 5) have expressed their
interest to participate in the tendering procedure by filling in the registration form.
The deadline for submission of the Tenders was set for December 22, 2017, 10:15 (local time). The
Public Tender Opening was arranged for the same date.
No Tenders were received by the deadline for submission.
The tendering procedure was planned to be carried out in accordance with the EBRD's Procurement
Policies and Rules (PP&R), ed. revised in October, 2014.

The Evaluation Committee has decided:
1. To prepare a Tender Evaluation Report that will ascertain the failure of the procurement procedure
and will enclose recommendations and options for re-tendering the works.
