Role: Public User (Applicant) Submit Airport Permit Application to Company Administrator

of Sponsoring Organisation

Functions: Application for Airport Restricted Area Permit Renewal / Replacement / Revision of Airport Permit

Submit New Application1. Click “Application of Airport Restricted Area

Permit” on portal page

2. Fill in the new application form, and complete all mandatory fields

3. Click on the Submit button4. If any validation is failed, error message will display

on the top of the page

5. If all validation is passed, confirmation page will be returned

6. Review the application again and click on “Confirm to Submit” button after confirmation

7. Result page will be displayed, after submitted

8. Email notification will be sent to CA

Submit Renewal / Replacement / Revision application1. Click “Renewal/Replacement/Revision of Airport

Permit” on portal page

2. Fill in all mandatory fields in the application form

4. Click “Add” button to adding a new applicant in the list and each renewal application could involve max 15 applicants

5. Click on the Submit button6. If any validation is failed, error message will display

on the top of the page

8. Result page will be displayed, after submitted
