It looks at common posture problems while standing, sitting or lying, and also advises on furniture modifica- tion. Finally, some exercises are included to maintain good posture and prevent back pain during long-term sitting. The booklet is printed on heavy paper with a durable glossy cover and the blue and black diagrams are unmistakably ticked or crossed as appropriate.
