DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Re-bid of the demolition of the existing school structures, construction of the gravel parking, picnic shelter pad (building will be included in the alternate 1 base bid), playground facility pad (equipment to be furnished and installed by owner), lower play field, and a 0.5-mile mulched walking trail on the 14.7-acre site.
