At Pulteney Grammar’s Vacation Care Program we aim to provide a safe, relaxed environment. Here
children can enjoy their holiday & learn a little too, be entertained and spend the day with some friends.
Due Date of Booking Form: 6:00pm Monday November 26
Please read through the following reminders:
General Information • Opening Times: 8:00am- 6:00pm.
• Cost: $59.00 plus any additional costs for excursions, incursions or special materials.
(Fee will be reduced depending on the amount you are eligible for through the Child Care Subsidy)
• A Parent/ Caregiver must sign their child in and out each day.
• Late collection of your child results in a $20 fee after 6.00pm and additional $1 per minute after 6:15pm.
• Booking forms received after the due date of November 26 will incur a $5 late fee per day, per child.
• In the case of absence and cancellations for days AFTER the due date, we can only refund the initial cost
($59.00). Additional excursion/incursion costs will still be charged along with a $5.00 late cancellation
fee unless a medical certificate is provided. This is due to staffing arrangements, catering, bus bookings
and excursion/ incursion fees. We also cannot swap days after the booking due date as staffing and child-
staff ratios will already be confirmed.
• Children MUST bring their own morning tea and lunch, OSHC provide an afternoon tea only. Please see
the program for details of our afternoon tea menu.
• If you have any queries about your statement, please contact Kylie Lambert in Fees and Accounts at
• Electronics including iPads and iPhones are not permitted at OSHC.
• Pokemon/Football cards are allowed at PGS OSHC, but a strict rule of no trading of cards is followed.
Excursion Information • On excursion days, please arrive at OSHC by 9:00 am at the latest. We cannot delay the day’s schedule
or hold up the bus company.
• The program is a guide only and changes may occur, however you will be notified if any are required.
• Excursions may book out. Returning forms early will help avoid disappointment.
• Staff have iPads and phones for photos and emergency calls. Please leave your electronics at home.
Clothing • Children MUST wear appropriate sun safe clothing which covers their shoulders.
• Please do not wear thongs to Vacation Care. Please ensure that your child is wearing walking shoes or
sandshoes for excursions.
• HATS are a MUST when the UV Rating is 3 and over. No hat, no outside play. We also ask that
sunscreen is applied before arriving if the UV rating is expected to be above 3.
• Sunscreen is also available for re-application at OSHC during the day.
• Please label ALL clothing with your child’s name as we gain a lot of lost property in the school holidays.
• Please ensure that your child brings a NAMED spare pair of clothes on water play days or excursions,
including a spare pair of underwear.

Radicool Reptiles

What’s the Plan? • Learn about the habitat, diet and
personalities of a scaly array of creatures with Nadia from “Radicool Reptiles”.
• Dig for fossils. How many can you find?
• Snake safety discussion in time for our warmer seasons.
• Reptile based arts and crafts.

The Grinch
• A grumpy Grinch plots to ruin Christmas for the village of Whoville, only to have his heart changed by a young girl's generous holiday spirit.

• Clara is transported into a magical world of gingerbread soldiers and an army of mice, in the hope of retrieving a magical key and to return harmony to the unstable world of the Four Realms.

your mates and set the best lap time.
• Change the racing cars tyres as quick as you can to get it back on the track.
• Test your reaction times in the race start challenge.

What’s the Plan? • Have a go at table hockey and
challenge the king at table tennis. • Design your own Pokémon cards. • Bring in your Pokémon Cards (if
you have some) for a mini tournament with a twist.
• Bring a beyblade (if you have some) for 1-on-1 matches and a battle royale - extra beyblades provided.

create fantastic beasts and curious creatures.
• Get into engineering and coding to build your own moving machines.
• Giant Jenga and box challenges. • Design our OSHC milk carton
igloo.

What’s the Plan? • If you have one, bring a NAMED
bike, scooter, skates or roller blades with a NAMED helmet.
• Race along our custom course, tailored for different skills and wheels.
• No helmet = no riding.

Leisure Centre in Marion.
• Children 8 years and over can test their skills on the Wibit course.
• Children under 8 will play in the pools and water park with slides and the “big bucket”.
• Please pack: - a NAMED spare set of clothes including underwear. - a NAMED towel and plastic bag.

• Bring a gold coin donation to support SIDS and Kids SA.
