PROBLEMA CAUSA SOLUCIÓN
El anillo pistón ha crecido su diámetro por falta de lubricación.
Si el anillo ha aumentado de diámetro deberá instalar en anillo pistón nuevo.Lubricar anillo y cilindro.
Al querer mover la palanca de bombeo, se dificulta.
El champiñón que está en la tapa está obstruida.
1.- Si su pulverizador tiene un champiñón retírelo de la tapa limpielo y lubríquelo y limpie el hueco donde estaba ensamblado y vuélvalo a instalar.2.- Si su pulverizador sólo tiene un hueco en la tapa, éste hace la función de respiración y debe estar tapado, simplemente destápelo para un buen funcionamiento.
El tanque se colapsa “se hunde de la parte de enfrente”.
El empaque de la tapa está reseco y al apretar la tapadera se deforma.
1.- Lubrique el empaque de la tapa con grasa convencio- nal.2.- Reemplácelo en caso de que esté agrietado.
Al estar trabajando con la aspersora presenta fugas entre la tapa y el taque.
Puede ser que las paredes internas del cilindro estén rayadas o el anillo pistón este desgastado por el uso.
Deberá reemplazar el cilindro y el anillo pistón.Al estar trabajando, se presenta fuga por la parte inferior del cilindro.
Se debe a que los empaques check están sucios, pegados u obstruidos.
Desarme el cilindro y limpie, despegue o cambie los empaques check.
Al estar trabajando el pulverizador no levanta presión.
El empaque check que está en el interior del cilindro está obstruido o se quedó abierto.
Retire el cilindro e inspeccione el check interior, limpie la suciedad, despéguelo y asegúrese que este bien instalado.
Al estar bombeando y soltar la palanca se sube sola.
La cámara de presión se llenó de agua, porque los empaques check no están haciendo su función.
Vacié el tanque y a la cámara de presión sáquele todo el líquido y reemplace los empaques check del cilindro.
Al estar trabajando con su pulverizador la presión dura muy poco tiempo.

Lave con agua limpia el pulverizador tanto exterior como interiormente, para poder manipularlo sin peligro de contaminación.Se recomienda que al realizar la reparación, sean reemplazadas todas las piezas de desgaste: - Arosellos y checks para cilindro- Anillo pistón- Arosellos para pistola- Arosello para cámara de presión- Arosellos para boquerel- Válvula de respiración - Empaque para tapadera
Instrucciones de desarmado:1.- Quitar el tornillo del tope de la palanca y desconecte las mangueras.2.- Quitar los tornillos del balancín.3.- Jalar el balancín hacia afuera para sacar el pistón.4.- Desenroscar el cilindro.5.- Una vez reemplazados los arosellos y el anillo, volver a ensamblar siguiendo los pasos a la inversa.6. Reemplace el empaque de la tapadera y la válvula de respiración y lubrique antes de ensamblar.
A continuación le damos instrucciones para dar mantenimiento a su pulverizador:

Vacíe 2 litros de agua limpia en el tanque y bombee para dar presión, ahora deje salir el agua limpia por el tubo rociador activando la palanca de la pistola, continúe por lo menos 2 minutos, voltee nuevamente el tanque para vaciar el resto del agua. Si usted realiza ésta actividad prolongará la vida de los empaques y arosellos y dará menos mantenimiento.Las cintas del pulverizador están fabricadas de material NO absorbente, sin embargo en caso de que se derrame solución deberá lavar las cintas y el tanque con agua para eliminar todo riesgo de posible de irritación en la piel.Se recomienda que cuando haya usado el pulverizador con herbicidas, no use la misma para aplicar insecticidas, a menos que haya lavado perfectamente el tanque con productos neutralizantes, de no hacerlo corre el riesgo de dañar su cultivo.Siga siempre las instrucciones de uso de los productos que está aplicando, para evitar accidentes y aprovechar el producto al máximo.Cuando vaya a guardar su pulverizador asegúrese que esté limpio, vacío y seco en un lugar protegido por el sol.
Para mantener su pulverizador en óptimas condiciones de uso es necesario mantener engrasadas siempre las siguientes piezas:Arosellos del boquerel, Arosellos de la pistola, Anillo pistón, Válvula de respiración y Empaque de la tapadera, Arosellos para cilindro, Arosello para cámara.
NOTA:
El pulverizador no requiere de mucho mantenimiento, si usted sigue a detalle los pasos que le mencionamos en este manual, la vida útil de su equipo será muy prolongada. Al terminar su jornada de trabajo, no deberá dejar el pulverizador con presión, por lo tanto, deberá dejar salir toda la presión por la boquilla, posteriormente quite la tapa y la coladera del tanque y voltéela, para vaciar la solución restante en un recipiente apropiado para ello. Ahora deberá enjuagar todo el sistema del pulverizador con agua limpia, de la siguiente manera:

3.3.2 How to assemble your sprayer:
Following is explained how to assemble your sprayer, read carefully. The number at the beginning of the line corresponds to the graphic.
1. Take out the loose parts that you will find inside the tank.2. Insert a flat washer on the lever until it meets the pinch of this and then pass it through the bearings of the tank.3. Insert the bolts through the central holes and secure the lever on the seesaw with the lock washers and nuts firmly adjusting with the key that is in the bag, and place the following washer at the end of the lever .4. Immediately place the plastic cap on the end of the lever and secure it with the bolt and their respective washers and nut.5. Once the pump lever and the plastic cap are installed, you should verify that the lever does not leave the piston cylinder; if this happens make sure that the plastic cap is in the correct position (see exploded drawing).6. Finally tighten the spray gun and tube and then tighten the adjustable nozzle.
OPERATION4.Always use the strainer when filling the tank up with liquid.Mix the solution in a separate container, following the supplier directions on the box.Pour pre-mixed solution into sprayer and cap.Place the sprayer on your back and pressurize tank by pumping 25 times approx.You will need to pump once each 3 or 4 seconds to maintain the desired spraying pressure.For a continuous spraying, fix the shut-off valve lever with the lever lock.Move the nozzle cap to change the spraying pattern.
A continuación le explicamos paso a paso como ensamblar su pulverizador, lea con cuidado el texto y el número que viene al inicio es el gráfico que le corresponde al punto mencionado:
1.- Saque la partes sueltas que van dentro del tanque.2.- Introduzca una rondana plana en la palanca hasta topar con los pellizcos de esta y enseguida pásela por las perforaciones inferiores del tanque.3.- Introduzca los tornillos por las perforaciones centrales de la palanca y asegúrelos en el balancín con las rondanas de presión y tuercas apretando firmemente con la llave que viene en la bolsa, una vez que esté fijo coloque la siguiente rondana en el extremo de la palanca.4.- Enseguida coloque el tope plástico sobre el extremo de la palanca y fíjelo con el tornillo y sus respectivas rondanas y tuerca.5.- Una vez fijado el balancín e instalado el tope plástico a la palanca verifique que el pistón no se salga del cilindro; si esto sucediera asegúrese que el tope plástico se encuentre en la posición correcta (ver dibujo de despiece).6.- Por último enrosque el tubo rociador en la pistola y apriete firmemente y en seguida el boquerel ajustable.
OPERACIÓN4.Use siempre la coladera cuando llene el tanque. Mezcle la solución en un recipiente por separado siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante del producto.Vacíe la solución pre-mezclada en el tanque del pulverizador y coloque la tapa.Colóquese el pulverizador en la espalda y presurícela bombeando (la palanca) hasta 25 bombazos.Necesitará bombear cada 3 o 4 segundos para mantener la presión deseada.Para una aspersión continua, asegure la palanca de la pistola con el gancho seguro.Gire el boquerel para cambiar el patrón de aspersión.

Pour approximately 1/2 gallon of fresh water in the tank, pressurize and flush, the pumping system by pressing trigger at least 2 minutes, then drain all remaining water.Carrying straps are made of non-absorbent materials, nevertheless in case of solution spillage, wash them with fresh water to eliminate all risk of skin irritation.A unit that has been used with herbicides should never be used to spray insecticides, unless the sprayer has been properly cleaned and all other chemicals neutralized. Failure to do this could cause you to kill plants that have been sprayed. Always follow manufacturer’s instructions of the chemicals in use to avoid accidents and take maximum advantage of the product.Store your sprayer clean, empty and dry in a place protected from sunlight.
This sprayer needs very little maintenance, if you follow the steps mentioned in this manual its useful life will be very long.Do not keep the sprayer with pressure after finishing your spraying job, release the pressure through the nozzle pressing the trigger, then take the cap and strainer out and pour the remaining solution, dispose properly. Now rinse the system with fresh water as follows:

TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE6.Antes de poner su equipo en funcionamiento lea cuidadosamente este manual de instrucciones.La manipulación incorrecta y por personas no capacitadas pueden ocasionar accidentes graves.No haga adaptaciones o improvisaciones; estas comprometen su equipo y ponen en riesgo su seguridad y la de terceros. No permita la presencia de niños, ancianos, personas con capacidades especiales o animales.Mantenga su equipo en buenas condiciones y en un lugar seguro. Siempre lave y guarde su equipo sin presión.Lea y siga las instrucciones del proveedor del producto químico que va a usar.Utilice el equipo protector personal mencionado anteriormente cuando use, llene o lave su pulverizador.Asegúrese que la tapadera, el boquerel, tubo rociador y las abrazaderas estén bien apretadas para prevenir fugas.Nunca llene su pulverizador con líquidos calientes 30°C = 85°F como máximo.No use su pulverizador para aplicar productos cáusticos, corrosivos o inflamables.

The pump lever is stuck or it is very hard to pump.
The internal cylinder walls are dirty or the piston sleeve has increased its diameter.
Clean the cylinder, if problem persists, check the piston sleeve, if the diameter has increased replace immediately.
The tank collapses. The tank deforms. The breather valve of the cap is blocked.
1.- The cap has a breather valve in the center, take it out, clean it, lubricate and put it back.2.- The cap just has a hole in it that makesthe breathing function and ii is blocked, just clean and unblock.
The tank lid gasket is dry or damaged. Lubricate the gasket with multipurpose grease. Replace if damaged.
While working, the cylinder on the bottom is leaking.
The internal walls of the cylinder are damaged or the piston sleeve is worn out.
Replace the cylinder and the piston sleeve.
While working, there is no pressure. The valve plate is dirty, or stuck. Dissasemble the cylinder and clean,
change the valve plate.
While pumping, you release the lever and it goes up alone.
The valve plate is dirty, or stuck. Dissasemble the cylinder and clean, change the valve plate.
The pressure while working is very low.
The pressure chamber is full of water because the vale plate is not working properly.
Take the water out and dissasemble the cylinder and clean, change the valve plate.
While working, the sprayer leaks from the cap.
