The total schemes of CDGR (EEPs+ADP) was 70. ESMF was applied on 26 schemes of EEPs. Hence 30 % target (21 schemes) for 2nd year has been achieved from EEP’s schemes only.

For Whole ESMF Implementation Process, following steps were involved:

Environmental & Social Screening of all EEPs schemes

Preparation of Environmental & Social Management Plans (ESMPs) of

E-2 categorized schemes

Approval of ESMPs from Environmental Protection Department, Lahore

Site visits regarding implementation of ESMPs

Preparation of Environmental & Social Compliance Reports etc.

Third Party Validation of implementation of ESMF
