ISKU Active Wellness Hygiene In co-operation with Finnish companies and material sup-pliers, Isku has developed antibacterial furniture coatings utilising the strongly antibacterial properties of copper and silver. The materials available include copper-based coatings as well as laminates, lacquers, paints and fabrics treated with antimicrobial agents.
Isku now becomes the first furniture manufacturer to introduce antibacterially coated furniture for public spaces. The selec-tion initially includes tables and chairs. The furniture solutions are intended for hospitals and care facilities, schools and day care centres and any other environments in which bac-teria easily spread.
