Lockable wardrobes are provided in the spa area but the spa does not assume liability for any valuables. We kindly request that you refrain from using mobile phones, cameras and other technical devices.

The Taschenbergpalais Spa Lounge is open daily from 6:30am to 10:00pm.

Spa experience To make the most of your spa experience and support the benefits of your treatment, we recommend that you allow an extra 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fully enjoy our inviting spa lounge. For your convenience, the spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for your use during your visit. During all treatments, you will be properly draped for ensured privacy.

Spa EtiquetteReservationsAdvanced booking is highly recommended to ensure preferred times are available, particularly if you choose to enjoy multiple bookings during your stay. The spa provides walk-in bookings based upon availability. To make a reservation from your guestroom, call the spa reception on 870.

Minimum ageThe minimum age for spa treatments and use of the gym and spa area is 16 years of age. If children wish to visit, parental guidance is recommended.

Lateness & cancellation policyWe kindly ask our guests to give a minimum of six hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes. With less than six hours’ notice or a no-show, you will be charged 100% of your treatment costs. Please be aware that your late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to our next guest.
