You may change the layout of the screen during presentations. Typical options available will be with or without showing the presenter and showing the presenter as either a PiP (Picture in Picture) or PoP (Picture outside Picture).
The layout options available on your system may differ from those shown here, but the layouts shown are always those you may choose between.
About Presentation Layout
Tap the Layout to invoke the layout options, as shown.
Select your preferred layout by tapping it.

Start and Stop PresentationCamera
Make sure your presentation source is connected and switched on. Select Share and press OK on the remote control.
Navigate to the source to be shared.
You will now see a preview of the content of the source to be shared. No sharing has taken place yet. Press OK on the remote control to start sharing.
To stop sharing content, select Stop sharing and press OK on the remote control. You may maximize or minimize the shared content image by means of the button number two from the left.
Use this feature to share content on your PC in a call or outside a call. The procedure is the same, but shown here is the in-call way only.

About Content Sharing1. Before meeting start, IC move presentation file from his notebook to shared PC (or share drive)
2. IC opens the presentation file from shared PC and move it to extended screen
3. Expand the presentation file to “full screen”
4. IC selects “share screen” menu with share from extended screen
5. Branch sales moves presentation sharing to LED TV screen
6. Branch sales is to rearrange the screen on LED TV to make video and presentation look organized
On Custom-built solution, there are more step in presentation sharing and could cause disruption in conversation with customer
