Emerald is a full-service environmental partner for automotive, commercial and industrial services that responsibly divert and renew our planet’s waste stream.

In order to stay relevant in today’s market, Emerald needed to reinforce their strong industry reputation, strengthen their credibility, show the breadth of their expertise and improve customer loyalty. To launch their new brand Push developed a full launch strategy that included a new identity system, website, signage, advertising, video and collateral.

The hospitality business has been transformed in the last five years. eTrack recently reported that 57% of all travel industry bookings are made on the internet. And of that, 65% are made directly on the hotel website. The Noble House portfolio includes 15 luxury boutique hotels and exclusive resorts in elegant destinations. Noble House selected Push to dramatically improve incremental online booking metrics, while re-invigorating the Noble House brand.

This comprehensive website design included a content strategy, UX, writing and editing, design and integration with their reservation engine. Then, each of the 15 Noble House web properties was individually rewritten and redesigned to maximize it’s presence in a hyper-competitive market.

In 2013, the Noble House website was selected as the SiteCore’s Site of the year in the “Best Mobile Experience” category.

CarePayment is a healthcare finance company that is committed to helping people manage their medical expenses.

CarePayment engaged Push to help them re-define their brand and generate awareness.We conducted group discovery sessions, focus groups and a competitive brand audit to inform our strategic recommendations. From this research we developed a new brand, with a dynamic new look and new messaging. We re-envisioned the brand, conducted message testing, generated new sales support materials, and a created trade show property for the launch of this new brand.

Antica Farmicista is a purveyor of signature scents, for the home and body, gifts, and oil diffusers, inspired by old-world European charm. Found in some of the most exclusive retailers and hotel chains in the world, Antica relies on their on-line presence and sophisticated digital commerce engine to engage customers and drive purchase.

Antica selected Push to help them rethink their on-line commerce and design strategy. After a thorough competitive audit we developed a detailed UX strategy to align Antica products with the customers’ natural shopping habits and preferences. We simplified the design, celebrated their photography and eliminated anything that would detract from purchase. The result is a site that conveys simple elegance, just like their products.

The Mercedes leadership team has for years been accumulating and aggregating data worldwide that they gathered from owners of their cars. Currently they were using Excel to view the results. They wanted a new, modern way to visualize their data. The data needed to be portable and updated “on the fly”.

Using the iPad as the primary viewing platform, Push developed the working prototype for this new data experience.

The American Heart Association has an online application that allows people to enter and track their blood pressure, glucose, weight, cholesterol, and medications. Patients can also allow their doctor to view their results and make recommendations in a HIPPA compliant environment. The American Heart Association saw an increase of 30% in patients who consistently took their medication when they used this app.

Push was hired to help re-launch a more intuitive user experience. We streamlined the user experience by making the information more engaging and easier to access. The site was made responsive, allowing people to access this life-critical information from any device.

Nautican is a marine propulsion company that manufactures hydrodynamic products to increase power and maneuverability, while significantly reducing fuel use and maintenance needs. Target audiences include vessel owners, naval architects and port engineers.

Nautican selected Push to develop a comprehensive brand strategy and communications plan to re-launch the company. We developed a new identity, positioning and tagline for the 40-year old company. Push applied the new brand vocabulary to a corporate website, trade show property and a demand generation strategy that included direct mail, email marketing and advertising.

Technology companies are increasingly turning to video to help explain their complicated products and feature sets. In today’s competitive technology environment, complex concepts must be explained in a way that appeals to both technology and business decision makers.

The Microsoft Exchange team had just such a challenge. As Microsoft was launching a new version of Exchange Server, they needed to talk about its key features in automated, regulatory archival compliance for the Enterprise -- A complex conversation that is a bit dry, to say the least.

Push was brought in to develop six short videos that brought the Exchange Server to life – introducing its archiving features in a way all their audiences could understand. That’s the power of good storytelling and simple design.

Foss Maritime provides comprehensive marine transportation and logistics services. Whether it's solving transportation challenges in remote parts of the world or efficiently handling everyday harbor jobs, Foss Maritime prides itself on always offering customers safe and innovative solutions.

Push developed a comprehensive brand strategy and strategic marketing plan for 125-year-old Foss Maritime Company, including the re-design and launch of a new logo and website, corporate style guide, signage, and a variety of other communications materials including brochures, posters, videos and flash presentations.

IGD’s mission is to build an alliance of nationwide business leaders working to make the alleviation of global poverty a high priority among national policymakers. Their strategy is to deepen and amplify their most catalytic work—fostering strategic, significant investment in large-scale economic development in Africa.

Given their target audience—primarily major African, U.S., European, and Indian corporations—IGD engaged Push to revamp and reposition their brand vocabulary to appeal to a more sophisticated business audience.

In three months, Push designed and executed a re-launch of IDG’s communication plan with a new identity, website, collateral and advertising.

For over 40 years, Landesa has worked throughout the world to secure land rights for the rural poor.

The Institute for Rural Development came to Push to help develop an entirely new brand vocabulary for their burgeoning non-profit. The client had developed an extensive communications plan to relaunch their their new brand and needed an agency to set them apart in a sea of other national NGOs.

Push was selected as agency of record and, over the course of six months, completely re-tooled Landesa’s communications. We have been involved in all aspects of their comprehensive communications strategy — from a re-branded website to the table cards at fundraisers. Since launching their new brand, Landesa is now ranked #14 NGO in the world by Global Geneva and has received a grants from global funders including Omidyar Network and Skoll Foundation.
