Activity: Create a ramp using the Pythagorean Theorem.

Criteria:

1) The height of the ramp must start at the top of an object/piece of furniture

2) The base leg must be 36 inches (3 ft.) long

3) In order to get the materials for your ramp (hypotenuse/leg c), you must calculate the exact length of the ramp by using the pythagorean theorem. Show your work, give worksheet to a teacher.
