Bolt Type Mattress Spring Assembly & Application Attach bolt type spring frame to crib by locating existing inserts or height adjustment brackets. If missing inserts or brackets please call Products America for direct ordering assistance. Use hex head machine screw to attach “arm” on spring frame to desired height position by threading into tapped (threaded) hole in height adjustment bracket, or threaded insert buried in wood of crib. Repeat for all remaining arms on spring frame to secure all four points attachment points. To adjust height of mattress spring unscrew, move up or down, and then re screw into threaded height adjustment hole in bracket, or threaded buried insert.
