Dear Friends & Clients,

Enclosed is all four quarters of 2015 compared to 2014, statistical presentation of the real estate market in Teton County.

The overall market in MLS & non-MLS combined, experienced a 26% total dollar volume increase over 2014, peaking over the 1 Billion Dollar mark. Number of transactions increased 17% and our inventory “Active On The Market” ended 2015 at a 371. The all time “Low Active Inventory” was experienced in 2006 at 291 listings. With little or no new medium or larger developments ready for market, we expect to see the continued growth in values and shrinking inventory.

Withinthisreport,youwillfindsegmenteddataonsevensub-marketswithinTetonCountyandtheentiremarket combined. The sub-markets are: Teton Village, North of Wilson, South of Wilson, Central Valley, Northern Valley, Town of Jackson and South of Jackson.
