Another wonderful Jackson Hole summer is well under way. We hope you take advantage of the incredible opportunities available to us all this year!

Enclosed is the first six months of 2015 compared to 2014, statistical presentation of the real estate market in Jackson Hole.

You will find segmented data on seven sub-markets within Teton County and the entire market combined. The sub-markets are: Teton Village, North of Wilson, South of Wilson, Central Valley, Northern Valley, Town of Jackson and South of Jackson.

There is no surprise that inventory is not keeping up with demand in most market segments. Overall, Teton County experienced sales growth of 21% and pending sales at this point of the year have increased almost 20%. New inventory that has come on the market, (which was not previously listed in the first six months of Q1 & Q2), increased by 7% over 2014, yet total inventory in Teton County Wyoming is down almost 12%.

Sales prices in the first six months of 2015 ranged from $225,000 to $10,250,000 and total dollar volume by mid-year 2015 increased by 47%.
