Organizing is the process of arranging resources such as staff, capital, and time in order to achieve success by completing the designated objective.
Controlling is the process of assessing the results of the attempt to meet the objective. Additionally using resources to refocus processes to meet the desired goals is also controlling.
Leading is the process of helping others achieve success by supporting them and encouraging productivity of previously defined objectives .
