1. How the data or document that is currently being shared or initiated directly with or from resident engineer or principal engineer etc. will become the part of document section, as document section is unaware if this correspondence 2. How the coordination between filed office and home office will be made? 3. How the reminder will be given to the focal person for action or for approval or for issuance of any drawing or document? 4. How the field office data or document section will be checked, controlled and updated so that all data is in access to both offices and can be given to focal person within minimum time? 5. How the coordination will be made who is working most of the time in field and not attending filed office ? 6. How the coordination will make to others offices than Dasu? 7. How to set up the time frame for issuance of any document that needs to be printed in bulk amount of to be copied and scanned from market? 8. How to handle submission and receiving of documents to and from WAPDA, Contractors etc.? 9. How to check latest version of any document or drawing at the time of submission and receiving to the contractor and Client? 10. How to handle or manage the things in the absence of Section heads? 11. How to handle the things in the absence of PM/DPM? 12. How to check the originality or legality of document that is relevant to money or contract related issue? 13. How to handle things that are urgent? 14. How to handle things that are needed to be sent back in original form to focal authority?
