INTRODUCTION
A Pareto chart, named after Vilfredo Pareto, is a type of chart that contains both bars and a line graph.
The individual values are represented in descending order by bars, and the cumulative total is represented by the line.
The purpose of the Pareto chart is to highlight the most important among a (typically large) set of factors.

PROBLEM DEFINITION
UNDERPAID-• One of the primary reasons for job dissatisfaction
results from companies underpaying workers.• The employees not only have to deal with stagnant
wages but also with high cost of living.• The stress of paying bills with limited income causes
many workers to feel dissatisfied with their jobs.
OVERWORK-• An employee feels overburdened with a
disproportionate chunk of work which renders him unable to perform his duties well and punctually.
• While salary isn't always the motivator for happiness at work, employees
who work long hours and still find themselves behind economically are frustrated and dissatisfied with their jobs.
LACK OF INTEREST-• A lack of interest in the work is another reason
why employees are unhappy. • There’s a huge difference between living to work
and working to live. Do your employees love what they do? The current job climate has led many people to lose interest in their job.
• Most employees want to perform job duties that are engaging and challenging. Monotonous work causes an employee to experience boredom.
UNSUPPORTIVE BOSS-• A major turnoff at work and a cause for job dissatisfaction
is a boss who isn't interested in seeing you get ahead. • Managers who focus only on results without providing inspiration, motivation or employee support are often unaware that they may be a major cause of job dissatisfaction.
