User Manual for Tilting Parking Lift


QINGDAO EVERGRANDE SOLID INDUSTRY CO., LTD.

1. Please check whether the content of articles is in accordance with the list

when the customer accepts the equipment.

Please check if your equipment is damaged or lost during the transportation

while you receive it from the transport company.

2. Please check carefully if the package looses when you receive the equipment

and disassemble it, to do so to avoid damaging the equipment and injuring

the person.

3. Please engage the skillful workers and use the proper tools to disassemble

the equipment, otherwise the user should be responsible for injuring the

person and damaging the equipment.

4. You should read the manual carefully before you operate this equipment and

your operation must be according with this manual. Otherwise, the user

should be responsible for the injury and damage caused by this.

5. We have already put safety first during designing and manufacturing. You

must also put safety first when you operate and maintenance this equipment.

6. The operator must be trained strictly and must have a high sense of

responsibility.

7. Prohibit operating lift overload.

8. When you receive the equipment, please fill in the ‘productive warranty card’

and post the card to our company in order to assure you rights and interests.

CHAPTER 1 FOREWORD

This manual is for you.

The tilting parking equipment you buy is the product which we have been researching,

trial-producing and developing for years.

It is the most advanced technological hydraulic parking equipment in the market

nowadays.

Please read this manual carefully before operating.

Please record the message which on the label as follows correctly.

The content as follows is used for tracing the productive quality and service

information.

1. We provide one year warranty for the equipment (not including electric parts), and

only for quality matter about the equipment, not for matters such as legally wore-out,

inappropriate use and abnormal operation.

2. The quality warranty is the final one, and the other forms of quality warranty are

comply with this.

3. We devote ourselves to renew and R＆D all the time. The new information is

subject to the changes without prior notice.

CHAPTER 4 PERFORMANCE AND STRUCTURE

This parking equipment mainly consists of framework, platform, transmission

device, electric control system, anti-drop device, and cylinder and power unit. This

equipment adopts hydraulic lifting, details as per attached installation drawings.

1. Framework: The framework is mainly used to bear the car loading. It is

composed by right & left columns, right & left basement, basement connector,

general basement, wheel stop lever and rubber pad. All parts are connected by

bolts. Welding and hoisting equipment are not needed during installation. The

framework is fixed to the ground through six expansion bolts.

2. Platform: The platform is used to park the car. It is composed of wheel carrier,

back plate, right rear beam, left rear beam, reinforce frame, ramp board, left front

beam, right front beam, wave board, hook assembly, and the retaining ring. This

platform adopts split structure. After lifted, the right side beam and left side beam

make an angle. Thus can save the space. The wave board is reliable and makes

the platform looks well.

3. Transmission device: It transfers the driving force from the cylinder to make the

platform lifting and lowering. It is composed of right & left lifting arm, connecting

rod, connecting pipe, guide wheel, pulley mandrel, connecting shaft, support

pulley and shaft sleeve.

4. Electric system: It adopts reliable control of DC24V. The control unit locates on

left front position to ease the manual operation. The key switch can avoid

unauthorized person operating the equipment. Lifting control adopts travel switch,

and there is also adjustable bolt, which is adjusted by the user according to the

actual requirement.

5. Anti-drop device: It is used to prevent the platform from falling when the cylinder

fails. It is composed of retaining ring, hook assembly and brake steel cable.

Working principle: when lifting, the retaining ring fits to hook assembly to



guarantee the platform safety; when lowering, pull the hand brake on platform to

release the hook, and then press DOWN button the platform will falls down.

6. Cylinder: It provides the driving force for lifting. The cylinder is reliable and

space-saving with low noise.

7. Power unit: The compact structure of integrated power unit save space for the

equipment. It is hung on the back of the left column.

The following are control system and safety protector:

1. Emergency stop switch: Emergency shot down when accident occurs.

2. Warning system: Alert lamp is on during running.

3. Car locating device: There is wheel stop lever on upper platform. When the upper

platform inclines, the wheel stop lever can prevent the car from dropping.

4. Anti-drop device: It is used to prevent platform from falling when the cylinder fails.

5. Leakage & electric shock protection: For example, put shelter over all terminal

blocks; prohibit hand touching electric parts.

6. Limit device: When the lifting device is in place, the limit device detects and stops

the equipment from running.

Advantages of our equipment:

● The upper platform can inclines to make full use of the space. Compared with the

net height 3600mm of other 2-level parking equipment, the net height of our

equipment is required to be not less than 3100mm or 2900mm(see table of

specification).

● Hydraulic drive, low noise, stable running.

● Our equipment is available when the height is lower than 3600mm.



Advantages of our manufacturing and machine:

We have automatic coating line; It has good appearance and endures corrosion.

We have 5M plate-bending machines and 5M plate-cutting machines, all the parts are

made by ourselves, the quality is stable and the deadline can be sure. Furthermore,

we have numerical control cutting machines and numerical controlled lathe and so on.

We have special staff responsible for manufacturing and the wholesome quality

assurance system.

CHAPTER 5 OPERATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING

5.1. ATTENTIONS BEFORE OPERATION

1) Carefully read the indicator plate (as below), put away the antenna, and let

passengers get down from the car.

2) Before operation, confirm there is no person or object stay in the parking

equipment to avoid accident.



5.2. OPERATION PROCEDURE

1) Before operation, confirm there is no person or object stay in the parking

equipment to avoid accident.

2) Turn the key to park or take the car.

Car-parking: Turn the knob clockwise, platform rises;

Car-taking: Turn the knob counterclockwise, platform falls down.

The buzzer make sounds during running (to warn staff around);

After the car is in place, take out the key.

3) Attentions when parking the car:

Please put away the antenna before the car enters the parking equipment.

The car can be parked or taken out only after the platform stop running.

Parking the car in appropriate position according to the car length to avoid car

damage.

After parking the car, pull the hand brake and leave.

5.3. ATTENTION DURING OPERATION

Only trained person can operate the equipment;

Before operation, confirm there is no person in equipment area;

Prohibit anyone entering into the equipment area except the driver;

When parking: ① Put away the antenna, and slowly drive onto the platform; ②

Locating the car; ③ Flameout, and pull hand brake; ④ Get down the car, and

close the car door.

Connect professional maintainer or connect the manufacturer if there is any

abnormal trouble. Never try it by yourself.

Prohibit driving when drunk.

Prohibit parking the car of wrong dimension and weight.

Prohibit fire around the equipment.

5.4. INSTALLATION AND DEBUG

Due to the limit of transportation condition, this equipment cannot be integrated

transported. So, the user should install and debug the equipment by them. Installation

details as per the attached drawings.

5.5. MAINTENANCE

5.5.1.

1) Regularly maintenance by professional staff keeps the equipment in best working

condition;

2) Our company has service center which serves the customer 24 hour a day.

Notice: Please sign the REGULAR MAINTENANCE CONTRACT with our company.

We will provide regular check and maintenance for you according to the contract to

assure the equipment runs stable and safe. Hope us keep in good cooperation.



5.5.2.

Maintenance should be according to the working frequency of the parking

equipment.

1) Daily maintenance and check: The user or operator should responses the daily

maintenance and check.

The platform and parking ground should be kept clean and clear;

Clear the surface of the moving parts;

If there is any abnormal noise, please inform the maintainer;

2) Regular maintenance and check: Professional maintainer should do regular

maintenance and check, and details as per the table below.
