https://app.qldqrpatrol.com.au/, a login screenappearsasking for aUsernameandthe Password of theuser.

In case you would like to make a Demo use of QLD QR-Patrolsystem,simplyclickonthe “FreeTest” button and youwill be immediately loggedin the web application asademouser.

In case you have received an activation code for QLD QR-Patrolactivation,click on the “SignUp”button at the bottom right of the Login screen.

On thenextscreen,youcancreate your own account in the QLD QR-Patrol web application.

Fill in the form with all of your data (username, email, company, timezone) andchoose asecurepassword for your login to thesystem.

After filling in the form,click on “Create Account” and you will be ready to use QLD QR-Patrol application by typing the credentials youjust chose.

On the Sign Up screen, simply type the Serial Activation Code youhavereceivedandclick on Nextbutton.

The Activation Code will havebeensentto youby anautomatic e-mail fromQLD QR-Patrol afewminutes after youhavecompleted anorder of aQLD QR-Patrol monthly or yearly plan on the online shop

You canaccessyourcompany’sbranchoffices panel byclicking on the top left “Company” tab and select “Branch Offices” as shown on the right.

You will beprompted to thefollowing screen:

The panel iscomposedbyalight blue toolbar of actions (AddBranch,Edit, Manage, RemoveandSearch)andalistofyoursecuritycompany’sbranchoffices.

Byclicking “Addbranch” anewpopup dialog (as shown right) will appear.Youhaveto provide:

To edit a branch office you have to select one from the list of your company’s branch offices. After selecting from the list, you can click on “Edit” andapopup similar to theone of addinga branchoffice appears.

ToeditaGuard,youshall select onefrom the listof yourcompa-ny’s Guards. Click on “Edit”, which in turn will bring up a popup dialog displaying on the right.

You cannow edit:The Guard’s name TheCustomer Code TheGuard’s Pin

Byconfirming the changes,they shall reflect in the listof Guards.

In the mobile application, the default account is the demoaccount. So,inorderto usethe application with your own guard accounts, press the orange button (ChangeGuardID)and apopup iscoming upasshown onthe right screen.Typeyourunique guard IDandPIN (if aPINhasbeenchosenin the “Guards”section in the web application -seeabove image)andpress“Accept” to confirm.

Checkpoints areQR-code or NFC tagswhich are placed in specific locations onbuildings andassets in order to enable remotemanagementandmoni-toring. You can access the Checkpoints panel by clicking on the top left “Company” tabandselect “Checkpoints”, asshown onthe right.

Byclicking onChekpoints, the abovescreenappears.Youcannow view the IDof eachcheckpoint, the Check PointCode,thesite onwhich ithasbeenassignedto andaname/description of theCheck Point (e.g.Backdoor)aswell assomenotesregardingthe specific checkpoint, which will appearon the mobile application at the time aguardscansthis checkpoint.

The attribute “locked” meansthat the checkpoint cannot beassignedto another site viathe mobile QR-Patrolapplication and ithasto beunlockedso asthe assignmentwill takeplace.

Assign acheckpoint to thesite by simplyclicking onit (inthe listof theavailable checkpoints.)

Immediately it turns yellow. Bypressing the plus button the checkpoint appearsin the listof the assigned checkpoints. Inthe sameway,youcanremovecheckpointsfromthe listof assigned chekpoints bysimply clicking onthe checkpoint and clicking onthe minus button.

Inanycase,clickon the Confirm button to confirm youraction or Cancelif youdonot wish to change the assignedcheckpoints.

Clicking on“Edit” will bringup apopupsimilar to the one of addinganewclient.

You cannow edit all basic information likeName,Phone,Address,e-mail,etc.

To remove oneof your clients you have toselectone from the listof yourcompany’sclients.

After selecting from the list, you can click on “Remove”,whichin turn will bring upaconfir-mation popup window. By confirming the action, the selected client shall disappear from the listof company’sclients.

To search for a Client, you can use the Search capability in the top right of theClients Panel.

Type inthe first characters of yourclient’s name andadynamicsearchwill takeplace bringing up the list of all Clients containing the specific characters.

Routes

Routes arethe scheduled patrols and guardtours assigned to each guard. A route is a predefined guard tour which includes specific checkpoints which should bescannedbetween aspecific time interval.

You canaccessthe Routes panel byclicking onthe top Navigation Bar on “Routes” tabasshownontheright image.

By selecting the appropriate time interval you can see all scheduled routes arranged within this interval. For any sheduled route, you can get information about the start and end time, the time created, the recurrency of theroute and whether it is loose or strict. A looseschedule isone wich not consist of strict timeintervals to accomplishspecific taskswithin them.Innon-loose schedules, the guard will receive a message of missed checkpoints in case he has not scanned a tag within the predefined time interval.
