Tracking My ParcelEager to know when your parcel will arrive? DPD makes tracking your order easy. If you placed your order before 3pm, you’ll receive a confirmation email from DPD with regular updates regarding your parcel’s progress. If you placed your order after 3pm, your confirmation email will be sent the following day.

You will also receive an email from one of the carriers that will be shipping your parcel containing your tracking information and estimated delivery date. If you have provided us with your mobile phone number and your order is sent by DPD, you will also receive a text containing the tracking information and estimated delivery date.

You can track the progress of your parcel by going onto the DPD website https://www.dpd.co.uk/ and using your reference number to find out your parcel’s whereabouts. Your reference number will be in your purchase confirmation email from DPD.

I have received a damaged item.

We’re sorry your parcel has a fault/is damaged. Please send an image of the damage to callcentre@qualtex-global.com along with your account number, invoice number and corresponding invoice.

I have received my delivery and an item is missing.

We’re sorry that something is missing from your parcel. Please email our customer care team at callcentre@qualtex-global.com or call us on 0161 320 2660. We will resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

I need to return something.

CUSTOMER FOCUS

All our trade returns are now directed to and processed by our North-East depot. The returned items are then checked, accepted or rejected.

The returns procedure from receipt are completed within 7 – 14 days. However, if the returns are directed and received in Denton, these will then be forwarded to the North East via van delivery each Monday. This will take in total 14 days.

No exact number of days for a refund can be quoted. We will endeavour to process any refunds back onto your account well within the time frame i.e. the 14 days quoted.

Please can we take this opportunity to remind our customers to put completed returns forms in the box. A fully completed returned form will speed up the processing of your credit.

If returns are received with no paper work/returns form the returns will be rejected and after 3 months will be disposed of if information has not been received by that deadline.

No credits will be issued until the procedure at the North East depot has been completed.

Should a part have clear and undeniable evidence of early failure, it may be returned with the appropriate Qualtex return form fully documented. Dealers should ensure there is no physical damage evident on the part concerned and be completely satisfied the return is justified. Goods are sold as non-returnable unless prior agreement has been agreed by the company.

The company may, at its discretion, charge a minimum re-stocking fee of 33% of the value of Returned Goods.

The following Goods may not be returned to us for credit: a) Goods which have been specially ordered at your request b) Goods that are not in their original packaging c) Goods that have already been used or fitted d) Goods with damaged original packaging and/or which are not in a resalable condition e) ALL timers and modules are sold on a non-returnable basisf) Goods that are no longer required must be returned within 14 days

The government could introduce a ‘cardboard box tax’ on retailers using large amounts of cardboard, as part of the Resources and Waste Strategy.

Currently retailers pay towards the collection and recycling of the cardboard waste they produce through the Packaging Recycling Obligation system.

Amazon is one of the many companies facing the threat of ‘cardboard box tax’ to help fund the huge cost of dealing with its packaging.

Councils are hoping to reduce the cost of bills running to tens of millions of pounds a year to collect and recycle cardboard from online retailers.

As business manufacturers, we comply with the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations. The scheme secures that all end-of-life electrical and electronic equipment (virtually everything with a plug or battery) are accounted for, recycled correctly, and that the recycling costs are financed by us, the manufacturers.

How To Recycle Batteries

Some councils collect batteries as part of their household collection service but in most areas you will need to take them to a recycling centre or a collection point.

You can find your local battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.com

Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries and some DIY centres, town halls or libraries may also set up collection points.

Which Types Of Batteries Can Be Recycled?

• All household batteries including ‘button’ batteries from watches• Battery packs from laptops, mobile phones, power tools and remote control units• Car batteries should be recycled at designated collection points

What Else Can I Do?

• Use rechargeable batteries wherever possible • Try to plug electrical equipment into the mains electricity• Try to buy appliances that use renewable energy
