Removal of Stock Front Bumper:
Put on safety glasses. Remove the 4Torx bolts (2 per side) from the top ofthe bumper/ tow hooks using a T55Torx bit & Ratchet. (FIG1)
Remove the 2 Torx bolts from the under-side of bumper (1 per side) with a T55Torx bit. Remove the bumper and towhooks. They will not be reused. (FIG2)

Remove the 4 bolts (2 on each side) ofthe swaybar cover. Remove and discardthe swaybar cover. It will not be reused.
With factory bumper & swaybar coverremoved, you are ready to begin instal-lation of your new bumper.

STEP 1: Attach the Grill Guard Hoop (B) to the Main Bumper (A). Pass the mountingstuds through the bumper and attach with a ½” flat washer and nylock on theunderside of the bumper. Tighten with a ¾” socket and ratchet.
Front Bumper Assembly:
STEP 2: Optional fog light Installation. Not all bumpers are equipped with fog lightprovisions. Install Factory JK fog lights or optional Quadratec LED fog lights into themounting locations as shown. Secure them in place with the 4 (per side) Self TappingScrews (G) using a ¼” socket or nut driver.

STEP 3: With the help of a friend, lift the bumper into place on the vehicle frame railsand align the mounting holes with the factory mounting holes in the frame. Install(6) ½’ bolts (C), lock washers (E), and flat washers (D). Install (4) Bolts on the top ofthe frame and (2) Bolts on the bottom of the frame. Make sure the bumper is alignedproperly before tightening the bolts. Tighten the bolts with a ¾” socket and torqueto 80 ft lbs using a torque wrench.

Your Bumper has been designed andmanufactured to provide years of use.However, like any product, generalmaintenance is required to keep itlooking new.
Since the bumper is located on the frontof the vehicle, it is subject to potentialrock chips and other debris potentiallycausing portions of the paint to chip off.We recommend using a textured or glossblack spray paint sprayed on a piece ofcardboard and Q-Tip to gently fill inthese chips. This will prevent any rustfrom forming.
On all bumpers there is a chance ofsome surface rust showing over timedue to metal particles being embeddedin the paint. This surface rust is easilyremoved by a non-abrasive cleaner/polish and a soft bristle brush (not ametal brush!).
For bumpers with a textured finish,wash only with soapy water and avoidother waxes and polishes.

This Limited Warranty is the only warrantymade in connection with your purchase.Quadratec neither assumes nor authorizes anyvendor, retailer or other person or entity to as-sume for it any other obligation or liability inconnection with this product or Limited War-ranty. This Limited Warranty does not applyand is not cumulative to any accessory or partdistributed by Quadratec for which the Manu-facturer provides a separate written warranty.
What is Covered: Subject to the terms, exclu-sions and limitations herein and with respectonly to Quadratec branded accessories first soldin the United States, Quadratec warrants to theinitial retail purchaser only that yourQuadratec accessory shall be free of defects inmaterial and workmanship: for a period ofthree (3) years from date of retail purchase.
This Limited Warranty is not assignable andshall terminate upon sale of the vehicle uponwhich the Quadratec accessory is installed orother transfer third persons.

Remedy Limited to Repair/Replacement:The exclusive remedy provided hereunder shall,upon Quadratec inspection and at Quadratec’soption, be either repair or replacement of prod-uct or parts (new or refurbished) covered underthis Limited Warranty. Customers requestingwarranty consideration should first contactQuadratec to obtain a RGA number(610-701-3336). All labor, removal, shippingand installation costs are customer’s responsibility.
Other Limitations - Exclusion of Damages -Your Rights Under State Law:In consideration of the purchase price paid, nei-ther Quadratec nor any independent Quadratec distributor/licensee are responsible for any timeloss, rental costs, or for any incidental, conse-quential, punitive or other damages you mayhave or incur in connection with any part orproduct purchased. Your exclusive remedyhereunder for covered parts is repair/replace-ment as described above.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific rights.You may also have other rights that vary fromstate to state.
