Quadroby SOMA Architects

The project is created by sculpting a mass through the various constraints of the site in order to achieve four independent projecting volumes.

The gardens are located on the rooftops for the top apartments, and on the ground terraces for the lower apartments.

The site is severely sloped and has magnificent panoramic views toward Beirut as well as the Mediterranean Sea.
