Concrete casting

OBSERVATION/DEVIATION

Concrete casting was in progress at

the mentioned structure about 10:30

am. Checked the following items:

1) Concrete constituents were found

under limit of tolerance as per IS4925 in digital panel board of mini

reversible mixture.

2) Concrete slump checked and found

80 mm.

3) Concrete qty. - 05 m3

approximately. Cube casted at site -

09 nos.

4) Needle vibrator was available at

pouring point.

The above test is conforming to IS

mentioned structure about 10:45 am.

Cement mortar finishing work was

doing at the mentioned columnswhere small honeycombs were

appeared. Moist curing was not in

progress there.

Witnessed the testing in lab. and

found 01 sample was INVALID &other sample was failure (M25 grade

concrete) of 28 days testing.

Another 01 sample of 7 days testing

was failure.

The above test is conforming to IS

456:2000.
