Because of the success of it’s production equipment LIDEM has extended it’s market and at present LIDEM is exporting several production

II. QUALITY System.

Specially designed system for the inspection of densities, spots, wrinkles and correction of defects in all kind of fabrics, non-woven, synthetic leather, fibreglass paper. It is also suitable for elastic fabrics such as licra and knitwear.

Adaptability

One of the LIDEM’s QUALITY system main features is the high adaptation degree it presents. According to the necessities of the customers and the material to be inspected, LIDEM manufactures a machine perfectly adapted to your necessities, to achieve the maximum output.

Continuous and regular feeding

Unrolling or unfolding system precedes a continuous and regular feeding of the inspection screen.

Through a high precision electronic system, designed by LIDEM, the fabric is totally controlled during all the process.

All evacuating systems are extremely easy to use, as well as total effective.

Precision

Thanks to the use of first quality materials in the manufacturing of the QUALITY system, a high precision of rolling or folding is achieved. In addition, control of total inspected meters is executed in an exact way, due to a digital metercounter.

III. Working process

Fabric is placed on the feeding system, which can be motorised or not, depending on the model and necessities of the customer. With the motorised feeding systems, fabric tightness can be controlled. In all our models, inspection speed can be adjusted from 0 to 60 m/min.

Unrolling can be done from rollers set, directly from the looms bar or from holders. All our models could be motorised or not, according to the customer demands.

The customer can choose the feeding and evacuating systems that match with his necessities.

The Quality machine presents a wide non-slip gangway located between the feeding unit and inspection screen. It is the place where the operator executes the inspection of the fabric. Later, fabric goes through the inspection screen. It has a 3,600 mm working width and a high brightness. The inspection surface is made of high resistance translucent glass The big exposition surface allows a comfortable and efficient work. Control buttons ( start, stop, back) can be activated from all the inspection unit of the machine in an easy and quick way. The system presents a total and a partial metercounters. It can stops the machine when the desired number of meters are inspected.

Evacuation can be done by rolling or folding: By rolling:

With diameters up to 1,800 mm and automatic evacuating system for the rolled fabric coil. The rolling system presents two lateral bumpers. They avoid the transversal movement which allows a perfect rolling of the fabric. In the case that a millimetric alignment of fabric is needed, a centring system can be incorporated in the machine. This way the perfect alignment is guaranteed. By folding:

Folding is executed by a zigzag movement of the fabric on a platform (incorporated by the machine) or on carts with wheels. Zigzag folding presents an optional width, according to the customer demands. The millimetric

centring system can also be applied to the zigzag folding.

IV. Model Options LIDEM inspection system presents a wide range of accessories to adapt the machine to the most concrete output necessities: Feeding unit for unrolling from holders, with Ø 1,800 mm, by tractor cylinder specially designed for inspection machines. Joint unit for different fabric rolls, to joint by overlocking different fabric rolls, with a subjection system for a perfect overlocking. Automatic cutting system, with a profitable working width of 3,600 mm. Composed by transversal cutting system with 45x45 aluminium guide, notched belt and Ø 200 mm blade. Integrated protection system. Evacuating system for the rolled coils, for machines with big diameter rolling evacuation. In addition to the feeding and evacuating systems, fabric centring and electronic fabric tightness control device.

V. Compact model. Other model we can offer to our customers is the Compact model. It is designed for a 2,000 mm working width and 360 mm coils diameter. The system functions are unrolling, inspection and rolling of the fabric. It can also incorporates manual or automatic cutting. The system includes a total and partial metercounter which is able to stop the machine when programmed measurement is reached. We can also incorporate a fabric tightness control system for elastic fabrics such as licra, knitwear and similars.

MAIN FEATURES SUMMARY:

1. Continuous and regular feeding

Feeding is done by unrolling or unfolding and precedes a continuous and regular feeding of the inspection screen. Through the speed variator, a total control of the fabric tightness is achieved.

2. Precision

The system allows to count inspected metres. It is due to the electronic metercounter it incorporates.

3. Innovation

The innovative extraction system for the coils that the rolling inspection system incorporates, allows more conformability to the worker.

4. High correction

The centring system allows an optimal rolling and folding, thanks to a perfect alignment of the fabric.

5. Extraction adaptability

The customer can choose the evacuation system. He can choose among several options such as zigzag folding, rolling or a combination of systems.

6. High adaptability to the customer necessities

We adapt the system to the customer necessities. He can choose, among others, the profitable working width, feeding and evacuation systems (by zigzag folding or rolling) and the accessories to incorporate to the system.
