C Pre Cast Concrete Panel Cladding
c.1 Supply & installation of pre cast concrete panel of 100mm thick (Gray/Approved) on base structure using steel
hot dip galvanised clamps/brackets with 15 to 20 mm wide Closed joints with non staining silicone sealant as
joint filler. Note that silicone compatibility is to be checked with the specified concrete panel, if required
appropriate Primer/Sealer to be used prior to silicone application as per approved shop drawing and structural
adequacy. The anchoring / bracing of the pre cast concrete panel cladding to the RCC slab / beams / columns
shall be done with non-corrosive brackets of approved design including providing teflon shims of various
thickness to adjust the beam level / line variations. The Rate shall include for die preparation,odd size panels
manufacturing,modification on panels to required sizes, making cut-outs. All screws, bolts, nuts and washers
used shall be only stainless steel of 304 grade. The contractor must design the system as per the prevalent siteconditions and building elevation profiles. No extra claims shall be entertained at any stage. Quote in
compliance with Shop Drawings and specifications noted herein including transportation, handling, erection &
removal of scaffolding, cleaning the Facade.Rates also should include lab performance testing, site
performance testing, 40 Sq.m mockup prior to start the work. The Contractor must quote rates accordingly. All

f.1 System provided by the contractor has to be approved by the faade consultant . If the system is already tested
in the laboratory, proper testing certificates are required to be submitted and approved by the faade consultant.
If not tested ,the system has to be tested at any certified laboratory (Indian/Overseas)in presence of facade
consultant.f.2 Test certificates for all accessories like screws, anchor bolts, silicon sealant, EPDM Gaskets etc must be
provided
f.3 Dow Corning representatives has to perform deglazing test on the glazing unit of selected contractor
f.4 Anchor bolt pull out test has to be carried out on site before starting the installation.
f.5 Mock installed by the awarded contractor need to be approved from the facade consultant before carrying out
the installation. The mock up will be a permant mock up based on the grid/reference point.
f.6 PVDF coating has to be tested at the factory of the coaters in presence of faade consultant
f.7 The processing unit of the glass processor will be inspected by the client/ faade consultant before starting the
work
f.8 Contractor shall provide back to back guarantee on all the accessories used in the system
