• Entice offers a correct skeleton and exceptional phenotypic presence in a mid-6 frame. He is wide based, super long, big ribbed, square hipped, tight sheathed, and has abundant thickness. He has a very nice disposition, which is validated by his score of 1 on the 50K test for Docility. Entice exhibits superior foot shape. His first set of calves born this spring are growthy, thick, stout calves that look to have tremendous potential!

• Pathfinder donor dam C50 is 15 years old and has 13 natural progeny with an average 106 wean ratio and a 363 day calving interval on these 13 progeny! This includes stealing flushes in 6 different years! Her fertility is second-to-none!

• C50 is a superior uddered cow even at her age, and offers foot and structure quality rarely found in the breed today. She is our oldest Pathfinder cow included in the 2019 Pathfinder report, and is only of only a handful of Hoover cows to have grossed over $100,000 on registered progeny sales.

• A son of C50 (and full brother to this mating) is Hoover 44 Mag, the sixth top-selling bull in the 2019 Hoover Angus sale to Alta Genetics and Diamond J Angus Ranch at $24,000! He was the 2nd top adjusted weaning weight ET bull of his crop and the 2nd top adjusted yearling weight bull of the entire sale!

• C50 has two Pathfinder daughters, H115 and K57. H115 serves as a working donor, and has also grossed over $100,000 in registered progeny sales. The highlights of her career include producing the Lot 1, lead-off bull in our 2019 auction, Hoover Longevity T40, selling for $26,000 to Mohnen Angus, and a son selling to Alta Genetics, Hoover Explorer.

• C50 had three daughters that were photo features in our past sales. C50’s four flush daughters from 2016 all went into the replacement herd last spring, and all ratioed 101 or better on their first calf.

• Six of C50’s sons were photo features in our past sales, and one was the Lot 1 bull of our 2012 sale. Three of C50’s sons or daughters were among the top 10 adjusted weaning weight calves of their respective crops, and several ET progeny were at the very top of their crops too – like her 2016 flush of bulls that were the #1, #2, and #3 top weaning weight ET calves of their crops! • C50 had exceptional performance herself – WW 765 lbs., WR 115, YW 1050 lbs., YR 109. She scanned a whopping 13.2” ribeye to ratio 112. She was the 6th top adjusted weaning weight heifer of her crop.

• C50’s dam has been retired from the herd but recorded an amazing 13-113 WR and a 360 day calving interval at the end of her career! Five of her progeny were among the top 15 adjusted weaning weight calves of their respective crops, including a daughter that was the #1 weaning weight female of her crop.
