Questions:

What do you think may be the current blindspot or shadow projection or shadow dynamic that is leading to negative outcomes? How can we pre-empt it, engineer it away or mitigate it with?

How can I make it happen in time?

Seriously?

What do we want to be able to afford? Time, ability, resources, situations…

How underutilized do you think you are right now? What order of magnitude, fold or rate do you feel underutilized? How can we/you support and create full utilisation for you?

Page 2: Questions to find and succeed on a specific Path Of The immortal

What powers do we need to leverage to create a sure win? How can we make our wins reproducible and certain?

What exactly do you want right now that you don't have? Is that realistic to get it now – or should you prioritise and wait for it? (Go do it pragmatically)

What are all the points we need to win at? How can we make sure we have not missed any? How can we make sure we win at every stage?

Are they the sort of person with the spirit, wisdom, network and binary stacking of resources, skills and psychology that will create wins of the sort we need? If not, who is? Do we need to use robots instead? Do we need to put incentives, platform, specific goals and support in place? Which ones? What mathematical, social or other forces and equations do we need to make use of? (engineering, binary gains, strange attractors, transformation matrices, exponential gain, onboarding, integrity, reproducibility, evolution, leverage, stacked binary gains that create threshold win, practicality, direct experience…). What level and with what priority do we need to implement them at what stage?

Which of our own assumptions should we test more? How? With what priority?

What is actually happening? How can we see what is actually happening? Do we need to see what is actually happening in that case?

What entropy accelerators and aggregators, resistance and sticking points do you believe we could encounter? How can we avoid them, let them pass by, or engineer events so bypass them, survive them, outlive them or wait for them to blow over? What power and resources do we need to do that?

What do you really think I need to know?

Who are they? What is their background? How might their personal goals, focus, personality type, psychological spirit, wisdom, development and the types of wins they do and do not create play out? What is the practical and pragmatic solution then?

How does evolutionary pressure play out here? How can we control it or leverage it for the win we want?

Page 3: Questions to find and succeed on a specific Path Of The immortal

What are you really offering as a solution, to make difference and get what they need done with partners and sticking to it and developing it with energy and interactions for a win?

What do you think I should be doing?

Where do we need to leverage capacity and anti-fragility to be able to take the binary hits or turn hits into wins?

What are the solutions we can offer?

What special solutions can we create?

What are the actual outcomes?

Who is dedicated to making this happen and has the ability and capacity to do this?

How are you doing?

How can we move this forward?

What would it take for the person in question to believe in, want and succeed in X?

Does the solution I am currently pursuing appear to be the best one?

How is that going to work?

Is that a viable business model? Is that even a business model? What is the value chain? Is that a viable value chain? What are the turnaround times?Have we created certainty and success in a whole value chain?

What are they actually doing? Does it work?

What if we put together what works?

How can we ensure do not run out of time, resources and power?

Page 4: Questions to find and succeed on a specific Path Of The immortal

What actual success have they had? Is it relevant to us as what we define as success? Who is having the types of success that we want? How should we learn from and/or interact with them? How should we evolve ourselves and strategy from there?

How do they treat humans? What are the outcomes for humans that interact with them?

Why you?Why now?Why this?

At which points do we want to invest? How can we ensure manufacturing and late stage manufacturing scale investment and growth?

What do the specific stakeholder we have identified think they need? What do we think they need?

How will we find the appropriate stakeholders in the value chain? How can we get the right stakeholders to come out of the woodwork?

Which countries and locations are appropriate for the value chain?

What have been good investments? What are the properties of good investments?

How have longevity (biotech, pharma and prosthetics…) investments and longevity outcomes failed so far? What can they learn from other investments, design and manufacturing?

Is that a viable business model? Is that even a business model? What is the value chain? Is that a viable value chain? What are the turnaround times?Have we created certainty and success in a whole value chain?

At which points do we want to invest? How can we ensure manufacturing and late stage manufacturing scale investment and growth?

What do the specific stakeholder we have identified think they need? What do we think they need?

Page 5: Questions to find and succeed on a specific Path Of The immortal

How will we find the appropriate stakeholders in the value chain? How can we get the right stakeholders to come out of the woodwork?

Which countries and locations are appropriate for the value chain?

Who did that research? What is the source of that data? Has it been independently verified and replicated?

Is that even a longevity strategy? Is that portfolio even a longevity strategy? Is that a minimum viable longevity strategy?

What is the real time for turn around to longevity outcomes?

How will we benefit financially from this?

Is there a better investment? Why? What evidence, experience, strategy, metrics and knowledge do you have?

How can we make sure we do not drift to risk, stories, research mode and losing control, staying pre-clinical, not reaching manufacturing, and other human psychological and practical failings? How can we clearly guide everyone in the value chain away from what has been ailing research centres, pharma and research?

What are business models and manufacturing supply chains that we can model?

What are great examples of therapies, tissues and prosthetics getting into humans with success? What are the turnaround times for this? What are the success rates?

What are the ways we could lose control of the investment, direction of development, outcomes, types of outcomes, manufacturing, distribution, installation and personal financial and longevity outcomes?

How can we create zero risk to us?

What specifically do we want to gain in and how much and by when? Are some of these factors at odds with the critical outcomes for life extension we want?

Page 6: Questions to find and succeed on a specific Path Of The immortal

What ways could someone stop us from controlling, leading and generating the process of manufacturing organs and prosthetics for a longevity portfolio, strategy, prize, metrics and supply chain? Who might do this? How could we mitigate this? What are the best places to do the different stages?

Who are the partners and stakeholders we do not want to be part of this?

What are we going to be very skeptical and shrewd about that we think has cost other people billions of dollars, millions of machine hours and man hours, and tens of years and has had limited or zero outcomes for extending maximum lifespan via reversing ageing on an epigenetic, cellular, organ or organ replacement level? Are we all very clear as to the terrifying mistakes, costs and timescales if we do not do it right?

What do you think would happen if we did not do it? Or did do it? What leads you to believe that?

What do you think our priorities are? Why?

How can we explore that in a few hours or days rather than years or a lifetime?

Are our actions, thoughts and outputs enough to create the outcomes we need? How can we make the difference we need?

Have your eyes been opened up to anything specific within you or in the world that you think is high priority and critical for us to take into account?

How can we look at risks in more definite way, such as damage, hits, failure about to happen or completely control and mitigate them? What strategies can we completely implement that make something certain?

How can we optimise minimal viable longevity strategy/ies with an apex portfolio and also factor in contingency for apex risk mitigation and ensuring success? What other risks, in human resources, politics, governance, ecological or global do we need to take into account?

How can we influence other investors, scientists and key stakeholders so we can create an ecology and industry that learn from what we have seen and are doing?

What do we need direct experience of?

Page 7: Questions to find and succeed on a specific Path Of The immortal

What are we holding back from doing?

What are we holding back from creating?

How can we create an easier way of doing this? How can we make it even easier?

What do you think the priorities are for solving the value chain for longevity outcomes? How are you thinking about it, planning and strategizing to do it differently?

What do you think are the traps and unnecessary elements that people are falling into now?

How would you define risk and success differently to how others are defining risk and success?

What risks do you think others are taking on that have attempted something before or not attempted something before because they have not gotten far enough, always fail before getting there, always get stuck somewhere or always take on unnecessary risks?

What additional value and roles would you like to create or take on that you think are missing and would mitigate risk further?

Is what we are doing working and what do we need to create regarding power, strategy, plans, relationships, partnerships and structures to make it work now?

How can we position ourselves at the top of the hierarchy as apex and be clear from startup, research and ghosts of success and lottery ticket risks?

What are the benefits of macroscale engineering and manufacturing over microscale products and microscale research and theories that have failed to live up to expectations?

What mistakes keep being make at each level of the value chain from investment to development, to scaling, to distribution, to surgery to follow up care and living in society? What other specific levels and points on the value chain include mistakes?

What would the ideal scenario involve? What metrics, manufacturing,

Page 8: Questions to find and succeed on a specific Path Of The immortal

technologies, people, stakeholders, incentives and other key factors would you involve? How can investment, investor relationships and support and challenges with prizes for every step of the way be used? Can we make a complete value chain support mechanism for the minimal viable longevity strategy?

How will we make sure we have all the value chain support set up?

How will we make sure investments do not fail as they go even when not investing in pipedreams to start with?

What would your ideal timeline and investments involve?

Is the timeline quick enough to develop and iterate and not fail?

What risks do you still see left? How can we mitigate those risks?

What is currently getting in the way at each critical level?

What blindspots of over-confidence, risk taking and naiveté have you identified at each stage that we can get around?

Who will be our biggest allies and partners?

What do we definitely not want to do or get dragged into?

What is the dark side of what we are doing? What might be created given other examples that we should be aware of? How will we guard for this and mitigate this?

Would you bet on that succeeding? Why? Shall we develop why you think this, what could be risks you have not thought of, better bets, and who to talk to and what to directly experience to enhance our ability to discern and act?

How will that make it happen faster? How will you be able to influence that? What mechanisms will be in place to make sure will influence process? How can you be sure can influence process? Why you?Why now?How will it be more likely to occur if you do it?

Page 9: Questions to find and succeed on a specific Path Of The immortal

How will it be more likely to occur with your strategy? How will you make sure it is developed into a working solution and distributed? What other partners are needed to ensure and direct process? How would you create a vehicle in a reverse engineered manner to make sure body replacements were manufactured and distributed? What are the longevity strategies that most fit into a low risk, steady output model of manufacturing and production? In what ways will you give advantages to shareholders over other options? In what ways will you give advantages to stakeholders over other options? How have you minimised or negate risk at the critical stages where others have failed?

Which stages have you identified along the process chain of investors. investing, investable people, investable ventures, investable product classes, scaling, regulation, timescales, growth, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare payment and surgery? Are there any more stages to improve? Which ones will you be most focused on and have expertise in first?

Are there any risks with investing in something that others are doing but are not seeing through, stopping at early time points, and do not have same interest in longevity?

What are other funds not investing in that you would invest in?

What are investors not doing presently to see through to real outcomes of manufacturing, installation and longevity outcomes rather than a sale?

Is a fund the best vehicle or do you need to create a prize instead or as well that has downstream rewards for biomarker outcomes, manufacturing and installation?

What are the limitations of a term sheet and manifesto? How can they be useful?

What are the critical risk points, risk traps and stop points between starting a fund and installing a working Rgen Med or cyborgisation solution that improves biomarkers and lifespan?

What question do you think I should be asking?

What risks do you think exist?

Page 10: Questions to find and succeed on a specific Path Of The immortal

What additional assumptions do you think exist?

In what order would you build this out regarding focus, success and risk?

What questions about investing and what to invest in do you think are toxic to getting working products with low risk?

Can you explain more fully what the issues and risks are with the unique IP and potentially neverending stealth research model are, as well as selling to big pharma, being put on a shelf by big pharma, non-success of trials in humans for longevity in way you want to affect longevity and non-production of a medical solution that is attainable by me and what you would do about all of them?

Have you identified key people along the process chain and in industries that you like, trust, are super intelligent and successful who could work with?

What do you need to succeed? How much investment do you need? What are the timelines for success?

What risks are there from competition and external humans at each stage of the process? How can you remove or transcend this risk?

How much control or influence can you have on outside factors and factors not typically in remit or contracts for investors?

What stages are others failing at now?

Who is succeeding now, how and how will you do it better to be the best, most complete and lowest risk option?

Why do you think people like to gamble and make lifespan extension a gamble on unproved work and bad business and production models when lives are at stake? What toxic investor, scientist and researcher personality traits, blindspots and assumptions have you identified?

What mechanisms for control, guidance, incentives and pulling, leading and management exist that are effective that we can utilise? How effective and certain can we make them? What mechanisms can we use to support these mechanisms, leverage them and use in combination?

Page 11: Questions to find and succeed on a specific Path Of The immortal

What can we automate and speed up?

What are the most effective minimum viable longevity strategies? Which ones can we most effectively leverage, increase the speed of, increase the outcomes of, decrease risk of and make sure happens?

How can we make sure a minimum viable longevity strategy exists for us? What are the points of failure? How can we make sure a minimum viable longevity strategy is in the marketplace, works, and is available to us whilst also creating value for stakeholders and shareholders?

What portfolio elements will work together for the minimum viable longevity strategies we have identified?

What have they done? What are they doing? What have been their real longevity outcomes? Which people have had real longevity outcomes?

What types of products manufactured are working right now? What types of biomarkers are working right now? What types of expedition through clinical trials to human experimental surgeries are working right now? What gets easily distributed to people now? What gets installed into people now?

What are the advantages of a fund and a challenge to make what we want happen with low personal risk, high probability of success and to make what we want to see clear to get many people involved?

How can we use strategic planning, reverse engineering, successful use cases, aligning people for incentives and other apex mechanisms to get this done?

How have other people been betting on one horse or many horses and turning themselves and everything they do into a risky bet instead of taking a path including specific prizes for specific milestone outcomes and design and manufacturing which have a very different and lower set of risks?

How can we get real to the challenges and get others real to challenges without us over focusing on problem and being dedicated to constant development towards specific outcomes?

How is that helping?

Page 12: Questions to find and succeed on a specific Path Of The immortal

How can we bring people into our world and see our narrative and questions they should be asking? Questions such as: How will you make it happen faster on the face of it look intelligent but better questions might be how are we going to make it happen at all? And what is in place presently that is preventing an easily attainable outcome through inefficient value chains, unaligned incentives, lack of specific outcomes that are clear and useful for longevity, clear longevity strategy and clear roles for supportive successful investors and partners?

What informal, organizational, social and cultural practices and knowledge can we leverage to mitigate risk further?

Are these the best questions to be asking? How would you develop the best questions and implement them to become immortal?
