After QIP is approved by MHQ QIPCommittee, MoU will be signed
After MoU is signed, 40-60% will bedisbursed in the 1st installment
Remaining funds will be disbursed after

Project Implementation
As soon as executing agency spends the 1stinstallment, it needs to request the 2ndinstallment: Provide narrative report on progress
Account for spent funds (provide original vouchers)
UNAMID will visit project site (before anydisbursement of funds) and produce monitoring
report
Remaining funds will be disbursed by UNAMIDFinance Office

Final 10% of approved project budget willbe disbursed after successful monitoring
