How to Log In
Logging In
1. To access your promotion analytics, please visit www.helloworld.com
2. In the upper right corner, click on “Platform Login”
3. Choose “Analytics” from the options in the Rich Engagement Platform
4. Enter the username and password provided by your HelloWorld team

Navigating HelloWorld Analytics
Once you have logged into HelloWorld Analytics you will be presented with the Summary
Dashboard. This is an overview of your campaigns and initially opens with the following
defaults:
1. An aggregate view of all of all your campaigns.
2. Date range set to the previous 30 days.
3. Data in HelloWorld Analytics is refreshed daily

Selecting your Campaign
1. Click inside the Campaign drop down to reveal
your campaigns
2. Select the desired campaign from the list, or
3. Enter part or all of the Campaign Name in the
search field.
4. To compare multiple campaigns side-by-side,
you can leave the campaign drop down blank
Selecting your Date Range
1. Click inside the Date Range field
2. Select a set date range from the list, or
3. Choose a custom date range and click ‘Apply’
NOTE: the “All Data” option automatically pulls the
start and end date for a promotion if the promotion
has been selected.

Here are some tips for how to get the most out of your Trend Analysis Graph:
1. Add/Remove metrics (Selected metrics highlight in blue)
2. Change how the data is charted (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
3. Display the data as a grid instead of a chart

quick glimpse at your campaign performance over time.

Sparkline/Segmentation
On all dashboards, Sparkline/Segmentation section. A drop down menu on the right (not available on the
Summary Dashboard) will allow you to switch from multiple segmentation attributes. This section is
designed to provide you with quick access to key performance metrics from your promotion.
• All drop down items besides “sparkline” will display data in a grid format
• The drop down options on each dashboard are unique allowing you to segment by the most relevant
information

Exporting Data
HelloWorld Analytics Toolbar
Now that you have all this data at your fingertips, we know you are itching to show it off. The
HelloWorld Analytics Toolbar let’s you export, download, save and print your dashboards and data to
work offline, or send to your colleagues. Here are the buttons at your disposal:
Print This creates a PDF of your data and prepares it to be printed.
PDF This creates a PDF that you can easily save or send out
Excel This creates an excel export that you can save or send out.

Summary Tab
The Summary Tab is the first dashboard you will see when you login to HelloWorld Analytics. It will
contain a Trend Analysis and Sparkline section with quick access to your metrics. This tab is designed
to be a high level overview of your campaign’s performance and contains key values like:

Survey Trivia Quiz Tab
Ad-Hoc Report Builder
Found in the left-hand navigation, the Ad-Hoc Report Builder is a
step-by-step report building wizard that allows you to quickly
generate ad-hoc reports for all metrics stored for your campaign.
This tool provides the flexibility to select your desired metrics
and attributes, while also allowing you to filter the results by date
range, client, and promotion.

You have the option to return all industries by leaving this selection blank, or to select certain
industries for inclusion. If you want to compare industries, be sure to include the Industry attribute in

You have the option to return all clients by leaving this selection blank, or to select 1-3 clients for
inclusion. If you want to compare clients, be sure to include the Client attribute in step 2 for
segmentation.

Select Promotions
You have the option to return all promotions by leaving this selection blank, or to select between 1 to
10 promotions for inclusion. If you want to compare promotions, be sure to include the Promotion
attribute in step 2 for segmentation.

Enter a starting date (which is required) – the default date is today's date minus 1 month

Select Eligibility
By default, only eligible registrations are returned. To run a report that includes all registrations
regardless of eligibility, check both boxes in the eligibility section. You can also uncheck the eligible
registrants and run a report to segment only ineligible registrants.

Re-prompting and Saving your Report
To run an additional report that has very similar selections, you can use the re-prompt button which
will take you back to the query builder but hold all of your previous selections.
If you are running a report frequently and would like to save your selections, choose the save button
to store your all of your ad hoc selections for future use. Follow the prompts and after saving, your
report can be found in the “My Reports” folder in the “Other Reports” Dashboard.

Date Range Warning
1. A date range warning will occur when the selected range returns more than 100 data points
2. If you receive this error simply select a smaller date range and click “Apply”, or
3. Change the Time Period drop down selection to a lower frequency (Daily to Weekly, or Weekly to
Monthly)
