This report provides you with a list of corrective action work orders that were written during a specific inspection. It will tell you who wrote the CAWO, who it was assigned to, the date you assigned it and when the CAWO was completed and who completed the work along with what work was performed with additional comments relating to parts needed to complete the work that was requested.

From Main Menu, choose reporting, expand Inspection, then choose Work Order by Inspection Report.

The report parameters screen appears in which you will choose the time frame you wish the report to include CAWO from Inspections and then click “OK”.Note: You may also narrow your search down if you want to view only a certain piece of equipment/area or just a specific production line, or specific inspection and time frame, as demonstrated on the left. This is most helpful when an auditor shows back up 6-8 months later and wants to know when and how the previous deficiencies were corrected.
