In developing Quick1FR, documentation from the CFTC, multiple law firms including Katten Muchin were used to form the basis of our program. Marc Nagel former Chief Compliance Officer of Dorman Trading has provided additional insight, interpretation and consulting.

• FCM Direct InputWe have been collaborating with two FCMs directly and additional FCMs have provided input into what they want. We anticipate working with a number of FCMs making Quick1FR the standard in 1FR reporting.
