Meet our USA Managing Director
Jason Gerlis, based in our Miami office, is the Managing Director of TMF Group USA. The Miami office delivers global business services to all 50 states in the USA covering accounting, tax, HR and payroll, incorporations and entity management.
Jason is an experienced manager, with over 10 years in professional services and business process optimization, and is also an accredited black belt practitioner in Lean Six Sigma, the process improvement methodology.
Prior to joining TMF Group Jason lead an Operations Development team at Tesco, the third biggest global retailer, and worked at Deloitte & Touche as a Management Consultant. His experience includes process improvement, large scale IT development and off-shoring shared services.
Since joining TMF Group in 2013, Jason has worked closely with the Global Executive team providing strategic guidance on operational priorities and taking a leading role in delivering the Global Target Operating model, which standardizes and improves our operations. In late 2014 he took over management of the Miami office and our USA based delivery.
