-Another Face Lift!!Justwhenyoucouldcomeintoourshopandknowwherewhatyouarelookingforis,itsnolongerwhereiswasamerefewweeksago.Yes,theQuilt’n Thyme staffhasbeenbusyoverthepastmonthre-arrangingthelayoutofthestoretoconsolidateproductcategories(thread,patterns,panels,notions,vacuumsandaccesso-ries,etc.)intosinglelocationsratherthanscatteredthroughoutthestoreinarandomfashion.

-A Fond “Adieu!!”WearesaddenedtoannouncethatSherryBishop,ourlongest-termstaffsalesassociate,hasleftourstoreandisintheprocessofmovingoutofstate.This was Sherry’s desired change and we certainly supportherinallthatshedoesnext–likehaveagreatlife!BeginninginOctober,themonthly“KnowYourSewingMachine”classestheSherryhastaughtoverthepastyearswillcontinuetobescheduledforthethirdSaturdayofeverymonth,withthenewinstructors being Angela Thornton covering Bernina equipmentandRosemaryIngrahamcoveringotherbrandsofequipment.

-Dispelling the Rumor Mill!!Withallofthechangeshappeningoverthepastcoupleofmonths,itistimetoupdateallofourfaithfulcustomersaboutourfutureplans.DanSteigmanhas taken over Quilt’n Thyme’s daily operations due to a family emergency in Josh’s life that has forced him to move to Nevada. There has beenquiteabitofwonderingaboutourfutureplanswithrumorscirculatingaboutthestatusofourbusi-ness.Hereistheactualsituation.Wehavejustsignedanewleasekeepingusopenuntil8/31/2022atwhichtimewewillhavetoonceagainhavetorenegotiateourlease.WecouldnotingoodconscienceclosethisstorewithsomanynewBerninacustomerscountingonusforcontinuedservice.WearestillaJanome/Elna/Necchidealer.WhileJoshconcentratedontheBerninamarket,DanisnoworderingsomenewJanomeproductsandwearetremendouslyexcitedaboutthem.Youmayhavenoticedsomeshortagesonsomeitems.Plansarebeingimplentedtostarttoresolvesuchissuesinthenextfewmonths.Wewillcontinuetoofferfull-servicetoourcus-tomersandwillseektobethebestatwhatweareinthe North state. There will be much more to come but please know that we at Quilt’n Thyme stand withyouandappreciateyourcontinuingsupport.Pleaseknowthattheonlywayasmalltownstoreremainsopeniswhencustomerschoosetopurchaselocally.
