What a great event once

again. A big thank you to Kevin

Hall & Jeff Surridge for driving

the vans this year. We know it

can be difficult to keep up with

Greg but they did a fantastic

job. We were able to tour ap-

prox. 90 properties that were

either bought or built by Greg &

Shauna Pinneo. Greg doesn’t

teach in theory and all attendees

saw that first hand. After the

tour was over on Saturday Greg

brought everyone to his house on

the water in Edmonds that has

been a work in progress for al-

most a decade for a few beers

and then it was back to the

hangar for pizza, drinks and

great conversation. Thanks to

Jim Sundin of La Strada Dolce

Pizza for the great food and ser-

vice. We look forward to doing it

all over again next year!

We met Anthony back in

2008 and he ended up attending

Power Players in Maui. Anthony

is from a town called Bellingham

up in Northern Washington

State. Since Power Players An-

thony has become a coaching

student of Greg’s and has been

consistently closing deals ever

since. Anthony became a dad

last year to a beautiful little boy

named Dominic and he was also

able to quit his job to focus on

Real Estate Investing full time.

This is a house that Anthony just

finished up and got on the mar-

ket. This last Student Deal Anal-

ysis Greg interviewed Anthony

about this recent deal and went

through how he found out about

the property all the way through

closing. The hour long recording

How have

you all been

lenge? It is

amazing

how much more can be accom-

plished in a day by simply asking

questions a propositions. We

held a recent seminar in Belling-

ham, WA through BRIEN and had

Power Players take part in the

teaching. Scott Hillius who is a

Power Player from Bellingham

recalled a personal challenge

from Greg in 2011. Greg told

Scott to lay out all of his bills,

mortgage payment, car payment

etc… and call them up and ask

them to lower the interest rate.

Scott initially thought this was

ridiculous but he gave it his best

effort anyways. Long story

short, after 25 minutes on the

phone with his mortgage compa-

ny he got his interest rate low-

ered saving him $28,000 over

the remaining life of he loan. All

by asking a simple question of

proposition. There is room for

improvement and possibility all

around you. We hope you’ve ac-

cepted the challenge. Stay tune

What is coming up at Reach Returns!

Greg will be heading out to San Fransicso in late August to spend a day on

the streets with soon to be Power Player Steve Olson for the AAA

Experience. In September on the 15th & 16th the whole Reach Returns

crew will be heading down to Portland for a 2-Day Seminar. You can regis-

ter at www.reachreturns.com. Thanks to all the Portland area Power

Players that are helping make this event a “Wonderfully Disturbing Day” for

all involved. We just put on the books a trip to Spokane, WA to speak at the

Next Gen group that is run by Chris McIntosh on Oct. 11th. We will be doing

a follow up 1 Day seminar on Saturday Oct. 13th. We have a 2 Day event

planned in Ann Arbor, MI on October 20 & 21. Thanks to Angela Harding for

making this happen! From There Greg will be heading to Virginia for a day

on the streets with Austin & Charity Reese then it’s down to Tampa, FL for

a big conference hosted by Robyn Thompson where Greg will be 1 of 12

speakers. That is on Oct 25—28. This all leads up to our signature Power

Players event in Tucson, AZ on November 10th—13th. We hope to see you
