hand carry staff, who have vast experience and have received all relevant training. • Within minutes, we find flexible and cost efficient solutions beyond your expectations.

• Next-Flight-Out (NFO) Service (aka Counter-to-Counter)

• An ideal mode to secure a timely arrival of your critical shipments, with a dedicated pick up, send as priority airfreight, with a dedicated clearance and delivery.

• The second fastest solution and especially cost efficient for more bulky shipments.

• Hybrid Service

• A service where we combine our Hand Carry and NFO service to speed up the process where possible.• Especially for export shipment out of China, where we can hand carry to one of our hubs (HKG or SIN)

Hand Carry Bags:

- Protects the shipments against weather damage- Helps reducing the amount of excess luggage for

big shipments- It reduces the chance of shipments ending up at

a cargo facility of the airport, as loose boxes are most of the time identified by baggage handlers as cargo.

- To ensure our shipments reach the end-destination we add the below stickers with the courier details and all our contact details;

TIME CRITICAL SERVICES - ENQUIRY PROCESS

Clients are being updated on every milestone of hand carry and NFO shipments by email. For example for a hand carry shipment we will update on the following milestones:

• Pick up • Export Clearance (when required)• Check-in (tag # and excess luggage paid (if any))• Shipment confirmed loaded on the plane by gate dispatcher

and courier on board • Courier arrived at transit airport• Courier boarding for next flight, shipment confirmed loaded

on the plane by gate dispatcher• Courier arrived at destination• Courier has retrieved shipment and proceeds to customs• Shipment has been customs clear and is out for delivery• POD
