Retention money from interim bills (interest free)

5% of the value of work done from each interim bill will be retained by client in cash. The Amount so retained shall not bear any interest for duration retained.50% with the final bill. Balance 50% on expiry of defects liability period of 1 year subject to deduction of amount paid for rectification of any defects by the client.

Contractor shall furnish performance guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee of a value equal to 10% of the contract value less the value of materials supplied by the client.10% of contract value will be paid as mobilisation advance on production of bank guarantee for the same amount.

Recovery of Mobilization Advance

Mobilisation advance paid shall be recovered from Ist RA bill on pro-rata basis.12 (Twelve) months from the date of issue of virtual completion certificate from client. 0.5% of value of contract per week of delay, subject to maximum of 5% of the value of contract.1% of the value of work pending in the milestone event shall be withheld (interest free) from running bills

Site offices / Godowns/Labour campus

Power shall be provided by the Client at one point on chargeable basis; respective vendor has to do the required cabling & metering for tap the power supply from one point. The contractor, if need be, shall install a diesel generator set of required capacity to augment or replace the power obtained from electricity board for construction and administrative purposes. The cost of such installation and running (including consumables operational cost) the DG set shall be entirely borne by the contractor.*Contractor should inform client peak load requirement before the commencement of work. Any delay in the progress of work due to non-availability of power shall not be acceptable.

Date of commencement of works

On award of work, the day of commencement date shall be mutually discussed between Client & contractor.

Interim bill: Advance payment certification of 50% of RA bill value within 10 (Ten) days and full certification within 21 (twenty one) working days from the date of complete bill submission and as per the approved format will be done by Engineer incharge/site inchargeFinal bill: Within 90 (Ninty) days from the submission of complete bill.

Interim bill: Advance payment within 10 (Ten) days from the receipt of certificate of EIC/Site team and balance payment shall be paid with all recoveries within 21 (Twenty One) days from the date of receipt of payment certificate from the EIC/site team and all statutory compliances (like ESI,PF etc., details for specific period.

Final bill: Within 90 (Ninty) days from the date of receipt of payment certificate from the Engineer In Charge.

Payment terms

A. Supply 60%against delivery of materials at site. 30% against Erection. 10% against testing, commissioning & Handing overB. Installation.* 90% against Installation* 10% against testing,commissioing & handing over

Tax shall be deducted at source in accordance with the statutory requirements from all payments made to the contractor, including that in respect of the mobilisation advance, if paid.

The quoted price in the tender is to be held firm throughout, till the project is completed.
