Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program Grants ReReleased by Governor Corbett Nearly 750 RACP grants were approved for funding by Governor Rendell but did not have signed grant agreements when he left office. When Governor Corbett took office, his administration began reviewing all of those grants. This list represents those RACP grants that Governor Corbett has reapproved, or "rereleased," for funding.
