INTRODUCTION• RADAR means “Radio Detecting And Ranging” and STEALTH means “Avoiding Detection”.
• ‘Radar Stealth Technology’ is used to prevent the detection of aircrafts or planes from radar systems.

RADAR
Detect and monitor objects.Measures the speed, range ,direction or altitude of an object using Doppler's shiftReflection of electromagnetic waves.

HOW RADAR WORKS? The RADAR dishes transmits radio waves that bounces off the object in their path and get back to radar.The object returns a tiny part of wave’s energy to the dish that is located at the same site as the transmitter.
RCS is the measure of a target's ability to reflect radar signals.RCS is related to:

HOW DOES STEALTH TECHNOLOGY WORKS?
There are two aspects of RCS minimization
techniques:

RAMs dissipate the energy of the radar wave to prevent the reception of reflected signals.
The dissipation process converts the radio frequency (RF) energy to a negligible quantity of heat.
It deflects, absorbs and reduce the detection of RADAR range.

Stealth technology is clearly the future of air combat. As, air defence systems grow more accurate and deadly, stealth technology can be a factor for a decisive by a country over the other.It will also get incorporated in ships, helicopters, tanks and transport planes. Ex-RAH66 "Comanche" and the Sea Shadow ship.
FUTURE SCOPE
CONCLUSION
Well to conclude the current scenario appears some things similar to the cold war both sides are accumulating weapons to counter each other and each side be termed as ‘STEALTH TECHNOLOGY’ and the other as ‘ANTI-STEALTH TECHNOLOGY’.
It’s an arm race expect it isn’t between specific countries.
