The board has three oversight Committees that monitor the conduct of the Company in relation to the management of Audit, Risks and Investments.

Marc RUGENERA : Managing Director
Marc RUGENERA holds an MBA in Business Engineering (IngŽnieur Commercial) from Brussels Management School : ICHEC Brussels / Belgium and a BA in Commercial and Financial Sciences with specialization in Insurance, Bank and Finance.
From 1980 to 1988, he worked with Rwanda Development Bank as Projects Analyst, Head of SME’s Department and Head of Supervision and
Assistance to Financed Enterprises.
From 1988 to 1992, he worked as Managing Director of Company for Industry and Trade in Africa;
From 1992 to 1997, he worked as a Cabinet Minister for Finance;
From 1997 to 2000, he worked as a Cabinet Minister in charge of Trade, Industry and Tourism;
From 2000 to 2012, he was the Managing Director of SORAS ASSURANCES GENERALES LTD;

Since January 2013, he is the Managing Director of RADIANT Insurance Company.
He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Globus Ré (an African Reinsurance Company).
Pierre Claver NKULIKIYINKA : Deputy Managing Director
Pierre Claver NKULIKIYINKA graduated in Public Administration from The National University of Rwanda. He also holds a BA in Law from Kigali Independent University (ULK).
From 1994 to 1995, he worked in the Ministry of Public Service as Head of Division of Inspection of Public Service and Disputes litigation.
Pierre Claver worked with SORAS S.A which later became SORAS ASSURANCES GENERALES LTD on the following positions;
From 1995 to 1996, he held the position of Head of Administration Department.
From 1996 to 2002, he was Head of Claims and Litigation Department.
From 2002 to 2010, he was a Commercial Director
From 2010 to 2012, he was a Director of Claims and Litigation.
Pierre Claver also worked with Société Commerciale d’Assurances et de Réassurance (SOCAR S.A) In BURUNDI as a Chief Executive Officer ( CEO) from October 2012 up to March 2014.

Ovia K. TUHAIRWE holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing from Kampala International University ( Uganda) and a Bachelor of Arts in Education (BA- Educ.) from Makerere University Kampala (Uganda).
She’s currently persuing an Insurance Professional Course from Atlas Technology Solutions (Tunisia).
From 2003 to 2005, she worked for E-ICT Integrated Training Center as a Director of Languages.
